SifatuSafwa Opiniones

What a find this bookstore is! I ordered editions of Ibn al Qayyim's The Ailemnt and the Cure and Imam al-Khattabi beautiful treaty on Seclusion to see how it goes. The books arrived in record time to Canada (5 business days) with no damage or any issues. The editions are gorgeous and the latest to date (dated 2023!). Blessings all around masha'Allah!

However, I highly recommend you use bubble wraps to protect the books further. I want to order more but I'm a bit worried a heavier order will be damaged without additional protection.

Excellent customer service. Were able to quickly assist me to recover a discount code I missed out on during the weekend.

Great team, they were able to help me out when my order was missing they got back to me quickly and provided me with the correct information and quality books, it’s hard finding books in USA but sifatusafwa makes it easy.
May Allah bless your efforts and business.

I am very pleased with the quality and variety of the books that company offers.
The delivery service is really great and prompt.
Since July 2020, I have not visited any other Islamic book store besides sifatusafwa.
I highly recommend the Muslim students and teachers to visit them.

Alhamdullilah, amazing quality and delivery service options.

Never regretted anything except after placing an order I see something else I wish i had included in the previous order

Excellent book quality and customer service. The only problem I have with the bookstore is when they stopped using EMS for shipping and delivery, the current shipping company that they use is just too expensive for me. I can't be paying a shipping fee that is more than the books that I'm buying. They should create different/multiple shipping options with different shipping companies that would be cheaper and flexible enough for those of us that are buying from other continents.

Great service. Always professional and quick.

Great quality for the books. Even better costumer service.

The best and most reliable store for authentic islamic books! The prices are also the best I have found! I have contacted them on different occasions and get great customer service and help in return very quickly! may Allah bless those who run the store and increase us in all that is good!

All. Quality book and services and delivery
Very good

The books are of excellent quality but I don’t understand why they charge 2-3x more than other book shops when they are exactly the same print. If you’re selling books of knowledge then it’s not a business to make triple the amount of money, yes make money but don’t rip Muslims off with charging them triple the price in comparison to the original price of the book, sadly that’s the only off putting factor for me, I order from here as a last resort now, if I require the book as a matter of urgency Alhamdulillah.

the quality standard is something I have not seen yet. The way the customer service is committed makes one feel as if they truly care about your islamic development. They never get tired of offering you the next best book. The site is beautiful and highly professional. Normally I do not care to give ratings but this customer experience just makes me feel deeply indebted to give 5 stars

This is the worst Bookstore ever. They don't care about the customer service. I've ordered my books a month ago and they haven't arrived yet and it's EU shipping. They can use DHL for quicker shipping but they lie and say within 7-15 days and it takes God knows how long to come if they will ever come.

Highly recommend. Very good costume service as well!

Customer service and overall service provided by the SifatusSafwa team is amazing and extremely patient when it comes to postage and tracking
May Allah bless their service for assisting us in the needed Kutubs and Ilm
Ameen

Books of high quality and good service. My number 1 place to order books.

Very fast and constructive customer service. Thank you immensly for the efforts!

Very helpful, useful and clear customer service. There was a scam delivery message - which I didn't know of until I contacted the company. The customer service took time out not just to simply say the email has no connection to them, but to actually take time out to verify the email themself, research and get back to myself providing links and data showing that such an email is a scam.

Along with this confirmation, a set of guidelines were provided to ensure I have not fallen for the scam and ways to proceed further.
