We had an excellent experience with Sigma 3 Kitchens from start to finish. The service was professional throughout, covering everything from the initial design phase right through to the final installation. A special thank you to Lisa, whose expertise and support made the entire process seamless. We are delighted with the result and highly recommend their team.

In March 2025, I had the pleasure of having my kitchen fitted by Sigma 3 by the team in Newport , and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. Dave Davies was exceptional in designing the kitchen, offering amazing suggestions that truly transformed the space. The quality of the appliances he helped us select has stood the test of time, and after almost a year, the kitchen still looks like new.

Craig, who led the prep team and laid the floor, went above and beyond to ensure everything was ready for the fitting. His dedication and hard work were evident in every detail. I also want to extend a huge thank you to Andrew, who fitted the kitchen with excellent attention to detail.

This is the second kitchen I have had designed and fitted by the same team, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to quality are truly unmatched.

From the start Gavin understood what we wanted for our kitchen and stayed true to this. The design was exactly what we wanted and the attention to detail was incredible. Dean and the team were professional and punctual when fitting, keeping us informed throughout. Our kitchen is everything we hoped for and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sigma 3 to family and friends.

Loved everything about this process and the end result. Walked into the Abergavenny showroom on spec and felt supported without being pressured. The design process was fun, expertly guided by Barbora, with just the right balance between steering us and giving us the reins. We’ve ended up with a bold kitchen that we would never have dared do alone, fitted perfectly by Jamie (and nothing in our house is straight so it wasn’t easy!). It was the cleanest, least messy installation I’ve ever witnessed; another joy! It looks fantastic, truly wow, and is also the holy grail of extremely functional. There’s some kind of magic at play in Barbora’s brain I’d say!

Utility room/kitchen/media unit. Great service all round. The team were all great to work with and it felt like a very personalised service. Great design from Dean. Fantastic care from the whole team throughout. Particular thanks to Matthew who was absolutely brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for him. Everyone in the showroom was happy to help and issues were resolved quickly. The fitting was completely perfect- Dennis is incredible! Highly recommend!

We recently had our kitchen designed by Sigma3, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Katie was an absolute pleasure to work with — friendly, approachable, and easy to deal with from start to finish. She listened carefully to what we wanted and came up with a fantastic design that suits our home perfectly and we absolutely love the end result. Highly recommended!

After a recommendation from our builder who had started our kitchen extension, we booked an appointment & called into the Newport showroom to see Dave. Armed with a set of plans, our own drawings and a few ideas, we spent an hour discussing and planning, taking on some excellent suggestions from Dave’s years of kitchen planning experience. He made the whole process smooth and surprisingly enjoyable. No question was ever a daft one & we had quite a few! It was then over to James to measure and liaise with Andrew the fitter. He was also very pleasant dealing with any queries efficiently. Andrew then arrived and fitted the kitchen within the timescales allotted. We started the process nice and early, 5 months from first call to fitting, which literally flew by and was absolutely stress free! The end result is stunning. Huge thanks to Dave, Tim & James from Sigma 3 Newport and Andrew the fitter. You have brought ideas to a beautiful reality!

All the staff at the Newport showroom are friendly and have great insights when it comes to kitchen design. The kitchen designer Katie was great, when the time came for the work to commence the prep team were awesome, as was the guy fitting our floor, and the friendly kitchen fitter. It does cost more but the quality and finish is outstanding, we love our new kitchen.

The designer (Katie) really took the time to help us refine our ideas into a practical and stylish kitchen. We went through numerous iterations with architectural drawings and Katie was very flexible to change the design and give us good advice. The kitchen quality is great and was fitted with professionalism and on time.

The whole process of purchasing a new kitchen from Sigma 3 has been an absolute pleasure. The kitchen was designed by Bryony, who was both very knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. We absolutely love the design she created for us. The kitchen fitters, Simon and Simon, were very professional and did an excellent job. The tidiest tradesmen you could ask for. Jason, our Installation Manager, made sure the finished kitchen was completed to the highest standard. The level of customer after care is excellent and the whole team were on hand throughout the planning and installation process to help resolve any issues. I would not hesitate to recommend Sigma 3 if you are looking for a well designed, high quality kitchen.

From an initial planning meeting at the Sigma 3 showrooms in Newport, until completion of our agreed specification for our total rebuild of our new kitchen, everything went according to schedule.
The designer, was knowledgeable, innovative and listened to our specific needs for design and accomplished all that we were hoping for.
All types of ranges of kitchen finishes were offered along with integral appliances.
We agreed our design following the production of a 3 D Cad model, which incorporated a colour scheme and design that we were looking for.
The time line for fitting was agreed and the teams responsible for preparation of removing the old kitchen, the plumbing, first fix, together with the electrician’s first fix went ahead as planned.
Delivery of the new kitchen was achieved on schedule and the fitter was an expert at his trade, it took nearly 7 days to fit, ad the fitter was excellent, a very precise attention to detail, which I believe could not be matched by anyone else.
Throughout, the team members were courteous, informing and engaged fully with me during their time at different projects.
I had a feeling that everyone had a can do attitude.
The result is a beautiful new fitted kitchen, which is fitted as requested.
The design team, installation manager and all staff, have been in contact and have followed up the fit to ensure our satisfaction.
The quality of the kitchen units are high end.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending Sigm 3 Kitchens to other. Thank you.

Joseph was excellent and supported us throughout the design process, and we are now delighted with the outcome and our great new Kitchen. He visited our property a number of times through the process and this helped us to get the right design. Louise took over when it came to the build and delivery, Louise worked directly with our builder and this made the process very streamlined for us.

Our Sigma Kitchen was installed by County Kitchens in Esher earlier this year & the process couldn't have gone any better or smoother.

Phil the designer completely understood our needs, listened to our concerns & made suggestions. The delivery & installation timescale was managed efficiently & considerately, including accommodating our holiday. Chris the fitter was amazing, professional & couldn't have been more helpful. The company's customer service was faultless, managing our expectations & checking at every stage that we were happy. We felt we were able to trust the design & delivery & couldn't have asked for better.

We now have the gorgeous, high standard kitchen we always wanted. Thank you Esher team!

I would like to, unprompted, express my appreciation for the Abergavenny team, and in particular Barbora and Craig.
3 years ago Barbora helped us with our kitchen project, which we wanted to blend in with existing expensive oak items we had bought while renting. The room was efficiently and cost-effectively transformed. However, 3 years later we no longer wanted the compromises and limitations of the existing larder and the island we were re-purposing as a too-deep cupboard and work surface! Understandably, the identical work surface was no longer available but Barbora helped us choose an alternative which we ‘wrapped around’ the end of the new side. The built-in larder and fridge all match beautifully and the room reflects more light, while giving much more practical storage. We made cost-effective choices and are delighted with our final room which we think is very future-proof. Barbora was such a joy to work with throughout, never pushing us towards expensive options. We highly recommend both the company, and the staff of this shop in particular. Oh and John Paul and team did an amazing fitting job.
