We tried to buy a house with them in London and the agent David Millar was extremely unprofessional. The short version is that he lied to us to get us to move forward with the purchase and sink money into it, then threw a tantrum and started name-calling my wife (and was definitely projecting) in an email after we caught him lying and withdrew our offer.
I wrote a formal complaint to Zara, following their complaints procedure, and never heard back. So they don't follow their own procedure either. Nobody there cares and they will say absolutely anything to you to get a sale
