The Product arrived and the box was…
The Product arrived and the box was damaged, ripped, bashed, covered in mud and exposing the matt there are scuffs and scratches on the matt now that I dought will come out ever.
I had chise this matt and paid more than some of the other options as I wanted a clear matt but now I'm very disappointed in the atat it has been delivered.

Though the package has not been signed for as "damaged" on delivery to yourselves, please kindly send some photos of the delivery on arrival and the problems with the mat to hello@signgeer.com as soon as possible to allow us to look into this further and try to resolve this for you, we assure you that the mat did not leave us in this condition.

Was a good service apart from the missing bolts and handles! Customer service were responsive in sending some more out however we needed them same day as we were renovating our production area so couldn’t spare any more down time.
