Best duvet i have ever owned. Fabulous quality. Cool in summer warm in winter. This company has always delivered exceptional service. They really value their customers and I cannot recommend enough. I have bought multiple products dating back to 2018.
Some of their products such as the pillows are silk inside cotton casing. So I fail to see how you would get the benefits to the skin and hair as they advertise, when there is no contact between the actual silk and the skin or hair.
I missed the small print where they state the cotton casing, and was sucked in by the misleading advertising.
Would have been better and more genuine if pillows were in a silk casing.

Actually the benefits of the mulberry silk interior (Sericin, amino acids etc) seeps through the cotton sateen casing. And of course a duvet cover or pillow case is also required on the outside which completely covers the bedding we provide anyway. As a specialist mulberry silk-filled bedding brand we don’t provide covers or cases, so customers can choose the material themselves (some people like silk directly on their skin, others don’t).
The casings for the duvets and pillows themselves can of course be made from silk, but are not as strong as cotton sateen and so won’t last for so long (plus they are substantially more expensive). We did offer these around 10 years ago but the uptake was very low so we discontinued them. The product range we have now is customer driven, and as you can see from the vast majority of our ratings customers are generally very happy.
Great company to deal with. Wonderful pillow that is perfect for my allergies. So comfortable. Light enough to take away with me on holidays too which I'm delighted with.

So far I am happy with the purchase; will see if the quality will stay the same after few years.
Over the last year I bought a light silk duvet inner which has been marvellous in our well - insulated house and being allergy free ensured asthmatic guests were safe . I also bought a silk mattress cover which I am also extremely happy with for our own bed and would highly recommend buying silk as a long-lasting alternative to other fabrics . Excellent company to deal with. Very reasonable prices given the excellent quality and the service is second to none. I had to return an item because it just wasn't right for me and there was no fuss, no quibble and they even arranged to pick up the item from my house at no cost!!! Communication is excellent too as I had a ton of questions before making my purchase which they patiently and comprehensively answered on email. I've bought from them twice over the last twelve months or so and recommended them to others who have also bought and been as delighted and impressed as me.
Fabulous products. We have now bought several for all the family. Love to feeling and the comfort. A true "goldilocks" product (not too hot, not too cold).

The bedding is amazing. Helps to regulate your body temperature and also eliminates allergens. I no longer wake up too warm in the middle of the night and I don't sneeze every morning after waking, which is nice. These two things alone are worth the price. The only downside to buying was the long wait. I ordered and paid for the bedding and was then told there would be a delivery delay of at least two months. I did get a discount, which was nice. But check first before you buy if you don't want to wait. Otherwise, I'd highly recommend this product and would buy again.
Silk pillows and duvet are fantastic! We are very satisfied of this purchase.
