Great pigiama, very soft and brilliant colour. I made a mistake about shipping address but UPS courier solved the problem very fast. 5 star experience from all points of view

I ordered a man's onesie (XL) and a shirt for a big cat. The size of the onesie is accurate and the material is soft and warm. The cat shirt is cute, it's fine for a big cat or a small dog.

The hairband we ordered is already broken when we received it and it’s been made in very bad quality. We are a bit disappointed.

They cancelled the order as it was out of stock, but were happy to take my money.... Unreliable.

Na twee weken alleen maar emails ontvangen met reclame, marketing, AI gegenereerde antwoorden en dus geen bestelling, krijgt SILLY SANTA 1 ster. Zeer ontevreden

Absolutele joke of a company. They decided to delay my delivery for multiple times then instead of delivering parcel to my house they wanted me to collect the parcel for collection point and few hours before delivery decided to refund me and cancel the order because I complained. They ruined my Christmas pictures as I was expecting my delivery around 11/12 I’m absolutely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend to order from them. Their customers service takes ages to replay and they are not nice!

I ordered a set of Moomin pyjamas and bath ponchos for adults and kids. They all were delivered to me within a few days and packed in really cute packaging. Beyond my expectations! Thank you. I'll be ordering Xmas presents from you next year again.

Their jumper sizes are way off standard sizes and at least 3 times bigger than normal sizes. Even with the kids, I’m not sure where they get their measurements from, it’s like making jumpers for giants!! And worst of all, they charge you £6 for a return!!!! Stay away!!

Ik had tijdens de Black Friday-actie een bestelling geplaatst met de €100 kortingscode(totaal voor 125 euro aan producten). Het resterende bedrag is ook meteen van mijn rekening afgeschreven, maar ik heb nooit een bestelbevestiging ontvangen en de bestelling bleek niet in hun systeem te staan.

Na lang contact wat stroef begon en in het begin zeker niet soepel verliep, is het gelukkig goed gekomen en is er alsnog een order voor me gemaakt!

Heb twee truien besteld en had echt niet verwacht dat ze zó ontzettend zacht zouden zijn. Ik ben al jaren op zoek naar leuke foute kersttruien, maar vond ze nooit: meestal zijn ze kriebelig of gewoon niet echt “leuk fout”. Totdat ik deze tegenkwam! Ze zijn superzacht, hebben een geweldig model en zijn precies wat ik zocht. Helemaal verliefd op!

I ordered five jumpers four days before I needed them. I know I should have sorted it sooner, but I was really busy. So I paid extra for next-day delivery, but I didn't receive the items until a day late (five days). I contacted them on their website to arrange a return, and they arranged for Royal Mail to collect on the 11th of December. The parcel was collected, and I got the receipt. It is now the 4th of January, and I still haven't received a refund. I have emailed multiple times, and they keep telling me they are looking for the box in the warehouse and will get back to me soon. Not acceptable.

Had an initial hiccup with Sillysanta as I placed an order for an incorrect size and was unable to get a response to change the size before it was dispatched 😢.
However, Vid went out of his was to apologise for this and make it up to me - have now placed another order and looking forward to receiving it soon.

Bequem und hochwertig, als Kostüm für eine Party gekauft und jetzt ein all day Onesie für die Couch. Material, Farben, Nähte, Reißverschluss alles prima... p.S. hatte ich für den Preis nicht erwartet und tatsächlich eher mit einem Scam gerechnet...Falsch!
Und jetzt am überlegen welcher als nächster in den Warenkorb kommt.
Voll umgänglich zufrieden und werde euch auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Finaly i have found a online shop witch sells Family Pyjamas with a good quality and a super service , i have been there customer now for almost 3 years and i have made several orders , all was perfect that why i think that they deserve 5 stars !!
