Comments about information on webpage
You need to have information about the dimensions of the compasses on the first page. I ordered the wrong size because I couldn't find that info. It is only available in the pdf with mounting instructions. Also the descriptions doesn't match. It said that the compass was for motor boats on the overview page but when I clicked to read more it said that it was for sailing boats. You better proof read the web page and test the links. Yours

Produkterna bra men logistik och transport urusel. Ni verkar inte ha förstått att en E-handelsköp är inte klart förrän kunden har varan i handen.
Jag bor på Munsö Ekerö och Ni skickar varan till ett hämtställe i Viksjö!!!!
Bilresan t.o.r. för att hämta var 120km. Helt orimligt att skicka till ett utlämningsställe så långt bort. Ni måste väl kunna läsa en karta??

Very disappointing quality in the new Silva Arc thumb compass.
Very disappointing quality in the new Silva Arc thumb compass. Bought my compass in summer 2021. An air bubble developed after a couple of months. Also, the compass needle got stuck from time to time during a run. I had the compass replaced under warranty. Received my new compass in November 2021 but also that compass developed exactly the same problem with air bubble and needle getting stuck.
I am mostly disappointed that I was sent a replacement compass after Silva had already discovered the design/manufacturing quality issues that the compass model had.

In the spring of 2021, Silva launched two new orienteering compass series - ARC and SPIKE. The compasses were re-designed with new construction, new visuals, and with new features. During the summer, problems with air bubbles appeared in the compasses and all sales were stopped. During the autumn and winter, intensive work has been carried out with hundreds of tests and analyzes, in collaboration with Scandinavian Orienteering Federations and elite orienteers. New compasses are now being produced at new suppliers with new design to prevent air bubbles, and with an updated, more stable compass needle. The new compasses will be available from mid-May

Bad om en klämma till ett vätskebälte jag själv tappat bort. Får hemskickat direkt med ett handskrivet brev och en hälsning på ett handskrivet kort. Så bra kundservice att man nästa blir lite rörd!

Quality fallen off a cliff
Three compasses bought, and all three developed bubbles in less than 2 months. I have to admit I was warned about the plummeting quality standards since Silva shut down the Swedish factory and transferred to China - but I didn't think it would be as bad as this. Needless to say, I won't be buying Silva again as things stand (and that's after using their equipment for almost 50 years as a competitive orienteer).

Got my battery very fast but….!
I bought this battery because of the battery in the lamp I got as a Christmas gift from my friend didn’t work!!! And this new battery I bought didn’t fit to my adapter to charge it… I’m not happy with that.
The stars is for the fast service to send me the new battery I needed. But I can’t charge it 😞

Silva Trailrunner Lampe war nach erstem Einsatz defekt. Support konnte nur bedingt weiterhelfen. Austauschlampe hält nun bisher.
Tragegefühl und Ausleuchtung ist echt spitze. Sehr empfehlenswert
