Soft serve machine turns soft serve mixture sour do I’ve tried it twice and haven’t used it for another week . I don’t think I’ll have it so when do you pick up the ice cream freezer display freezer and how much do I owe you still? I’m not busy at all and struggling to get enough for the rental equipment payment. I’m giving my notice within 6-9 weeks as they want me to sign up for another year but not worth the outlay.

Hiring equipent from hell!
The start of the process seemed simple, filled out the paperwork, sent pre approval payment. Then is all went down hill from there! My delivery arrived 2 weeks later then expected. My payments started coming out 6 days before I even recieved my stock and every time I tried contacting both silverchef and the delivery company I wouldnt get a straight response or I'd get " we will give you a call back" and never hear from them again. When my freezer finally arrived it was broken in transit and has not been working properly. I have lost $$$$4 worth of food stock due to the damage and still have had no answers when contacting silverchef in terms of how they are going to fix this problem! Yet they are still quite happy to keep taking my money weekly. Absolutely disgusted in the service and I will not be recommending to anyone else in the business.
