No customer service at all
They had a reasonable price on the product, so I ordered. More than week with no contact so I contacted them using their website. Complete waste of my time. I tried to cancel the order seeing it hadn't been sent and no response to anything. Even now when I look at the site they haven't looked at it. The item was sent eventually and luckily turned up. If you want service go with any other company. The couple of dollar saving was not worth waiting for the item that should have been sent within a day as stated on their site. Don't bother with this company.

The store is advertising many many items they dont have in stock at all. You will get messages like "dont worry, your items are in stock" but warehouse delays.
This is not true. You WILL be waiting for most items. I hope they get what's coming to them.

I no longer recommend MWave - not reliable now
I no longer recommend MWave. Something bad is going on behind the scenes and I suspect they are in trouble, again. Do not buy anything from MWave if it is urgent!
Last week I ordered an Nvidia RTX 5060ti 16GB GPU that was on sale. All Aussie computer stores are selling the same GPU right now, for a similar price. Exactly one week later my order had still not been sent. A few days ago I tried to cancel order via my account and their message system kept going to a Cloud Front error page all day, which made it impossible to cancel. I then spoke with someone via the online message pop-up app and they promised my order would be sent immediately. 24 hours later it was still "processing". I tried phoning the next day & waited in cue for 45 minutes and then a message said no one was there to answer phone. I then tried messaging inside of my account again to cancel the order and this time it worked. 2 hours later my account showed it was cancelled, so someone did read my message (some good news at least). Now I'm waiting on my refund - let's hope it gets done in 5 days, as promised.
I then ordered same GPU using PC Case Gear and it was sent on same day I ordered and delivered today (the next day). I will never shop with MWave again. Very disappointing and concerning!

Very disappointing experience with the MWAVE team.
We received a damaged PC, and instead of offering a straightforward replacement or refund, we were advised that damaged parts could be reused in another unit. This is not acceptable, especially when purchasing new equipment.
The process has been slow, communication has been poor, and there has been little effort to resolve the issue in a timely and customer-focused manner. As a business working with the government contract sector, reliability and responsiveness are critical, and unfortunately, this experience has not met those standards.
I would not recommend purchasing from this sales team based on our experience.

The following probably applies to most products and most warranty support claims.
Purchasing and subsequent delivery of my Logitech Thumb-ball mouse (MX Ergo S at AU$139 delivered) was easy and on time – much as per my prior multiple purchases of various electronic devices from Mwave (Australia). I urgently needed a replacement for I had worn out the Logitech MX Thumb-ball mouse I bought in 2018 (the 3 ball mount points had worn flat making the ball sticky).
I installed/paired the new mouse to my studio PC, easily, and all was good. The next day, the thumb-ball did not move the mouse arrow on the screen, so I checked the devices installation and rebooted the PC. No different. Luckily, I had an identical MX Ergo S on another PC and decided to swap each mouse including its USB wireless receiver. The old one worked and the new one did not, again thus verifying that after one day my new MX Ergo S mouse had indeed failed.
Next move was to contact Logitech’s online help chat which I did (Ticket Number: 17079934). That was easy at the start. I started with a bot but was soon transferred to a real person. Magnificent. However, it soon became obvious that the operator had to tick boxes to progress the help process. I advised that I am an engineer of many years’ experience, and I knew for sure the unit was dead after less than 10 hours service (although I used it for about 1 hour) and detailed my diagnosis procedure. However, I was treated like a lying cheat trying to pull a fast one – that’s what it felt like. Eventually I did agree to download the recommend tool app and yes, it did help me narrow down the actual fault to the new mouse’s USB receiver. It’s important to understand I was not dealing with an operator in Australia but the USA. At 3 hours my patience had waned and after being asked to supply photos, screenshots, and videos I gave up. 3 hours at $100/hr meant I’d wasted $300 on a $130 purchase. Not happy.
I must stress the operator was very pleasant to deal with and understand – he was obviously though following the company’s check list which had to be ticked (checked) off to progress! My frustration was with Logitech’s system and not the person delivering it!
I then contacted Mwave, the retailer I bought the device from. Easy. Got an RMA quickly (Ticket Number: Job# JB647962). The I had to complete the RMA which I did including detailing my diagnosis methodology. Then I got another message – requesting photos, screenshots, and videos including a photo of the serial and part numbers – I had already very clearly typed this into my blurb. With some annoyance and reluctance, I did this. I’m now up to 5 hours of trying to return a $139 delivered product and I am still awaiting authority to despatch my brand new faulty product.
What I do know from this is that if I treated my customers like I’ve been treated here I would not have any customers – I guess treating customers like ignorant criminals as a global business is OK but when your and SME doing likewise is lighting your business death fuse. Who said numbers don’t matter!
Goodness knows if and when a replacement for my faulty Logitech MX Ergo S purchased in good faith is in my hands and on my studio PC! You be the judge as to whether this is fair, reasonable, and equitable?!

Gone downhill
Have been a customer here for over 10 years. Most recently I ordered speakers. Said 7-10 days dispatch, fine. I need them by a certain date, but it works within this timeframe. I wait two weeks, still 'processing'. I contact them, they say there "could be a delay". I ask them to let me know for sure as I need them by x date. No response. I call them - the supplier is out of stock and next restock is months away. Well, thanks for telling me!
That might not have been a problem if they just let me know when I asked. Super unhappy about this as now it's too late for me to order these from somewhere else. Reading the reviews, seems like a recurring issue, they don't seem to be holding stock and just dropshipping or something. Not coming back.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, ordered some Ethernet cables on the 13th of December all saying in stock,
submitted a ticket on the 5th of January for an update no response until the 16th of jan, in the response we have stock and will be shipped today or tomorrow.
I followed up again on the 22nd of jan because nothing was shipped yet zero response another message on the 26th no response however i received a email that it had been shipped the next day.
received my order on the 30th of jan and they closed the ticket with no responses at all.

I've been a customer of Mwave for several years, and I'm sad to say their service has significantly deteriorated. What was once a reliable retailer has become frustratingly unresponsive.
My recent experience highlights these issues: they don't reply to customer emails, and their delivery timeframes are misleading. Communication about delays has been non-existent. I've lost confidence in this business and won't be returning. I'm taking my future purchases elsewhere and would caution other customers to consider alternatives before ordering.

absolutely deceptive - the promised timelines for delivery and response were completely ignored. No proactivity from the company about addressing delays - needed the consumer to hound them regarding the issue. Token responses to initial requests for clarification of delays. Because of the delays other alternative opportunities for progressing equipment needs passed - this is NOT reliable if you have a business depending upon timely delivery of purchased products.
1 star is too many for these crooks
1 star is too many for these crooks. Their website misleads you on stock and shipping times. They lock your funds and don't respond to messages, even through their own ticketing system. Luckily I used PayPal and was able to raise a dispute to get my money back. Then they ignored PayPal for several days. Sadly, my order was finally dispatched and they were able to keep my money.
