Ive used Silvermine a fair few times and they never fail to disappoint. The booster boxes are sealed, which is always a great start, pricing often the cheapest in the UK and depending when the order is placed, my orders delivered the next working day. With all of that, how can you fault them.

Excellent service, order came within 3 days fully sealed and packaged well. There is a note stating there might be delays if the product is being restocked. Will definitely order from them again.

I ordered a week ago, then got an email saying it was out of stock, They asked if wanted a refund or to wait, and I chose to wait. They ended up delivering the item and even included a little gift - that was such a lovely surprise!

I ordered three of Pokémon Japanese booster boxes, and it’s been over three weeks with no sign of my purchase and the tracking has stayed the same since I’ve ordered. I’m waiting to do a bank charge back in a day or so.

The free shipping option is incredibly appealing, especially give the extensive selection of Japanese TCG products. New items even arrive right after their release date in Japan. I sincerely hope this shop continues to provide such exceptional service. I'm very satisfied!

Quick service. The items sustained minor damage during shipping, but this didn't affect the unboxing experience. Considering the price and free shipping, it was a positive experience overall.

Don't normally leave reviews not because I don't want to just sometimes never think to do it. But my son got into tcg recently and we looked to start buying online and yeah I'm sure we all worry about making purchases but I can say without any hesitation that these guys are on the ball.ive had nothing but the best dealings with them so far. Everything we have ordered has basically been sent the same day if we have ordered early enough.i know this won't be the case all the time but it's the majority of the time. I ordered a few boxes of Shiny Treasure and decided to return them. There's a 5% return fee, the seller explained it's actually from the credit card company, not the seller. I could accept this.

Worst company I ever seen, I ordered 6 stellar miracle booster boxes for the release dates, I just received 4 booster boxes so I run out so quickly, leaving customers without open more packs, I spoke with them and for the inconvenience they were going to put together with the 2 booster boxes left some extra things on it. And then they didn’t put any extra stuff for the inconvenience in the box. AVOID at all cost, do not recommend ❌⛔️

I ordered some products from here 2 weeks ago, and they sent an email saying that 'My order is on the way' on the same day of ordering. 2 weeks later and it still says the royal mail are yet to receive the package. Appalling service considering they're based in the UK, and should not take this long to arrive. I emailed them over a week ago and not heard anything back. Some of the worst service I have ever experienced with TCG products.
