Knowledgeable consultant. Good advice. Not cheap hence 4 stars rather than 5. Also, Land Registry work not completed before we signed wills, which we were led to believe would be done.

UPDATING WILL TO UP TO DATE REQUIRMENTS
Updating of wills at a free consultation where the financial aspects were explained.
After the consultation we were given the choice to take up the will writing service, which was taken. After giving the required information within 3 weeks a draft copy of the wills was received and given the chance to revise any relevent aspects of our wishes. After altering some details the final wills were drawn and a home visit arranged to sign and have witnessed. The final wills were taken for safe storage and copies given.
A simple process giving peace of mind.

Cautionary tale, be aware.
Since February 2023 up to present date we have communicated with Silvertime Legal to update our wills.
Company totaly failed to deliver our documents after numerous requests.
2nd payment taken after signing of documents.
I would not recommend this company which is not regulated by the law society.
I would give no stars if an option.

My parents contacted Silvertime Services for help with their wills and estate. They wanted to make sure that when they are no longer with us that their wishes would be carried out. Sam visited them and explained everything in terms they could understand, and recommended the best products for them based on their wishes. Helpful advice and support

It was so easy to create a will with Silvertime Legal. The two staff members who handled our will were ready to answer any questions - big or small - and make things as smooth as possible for us. I was also really impressed with the speed and efficiency they handled our will with too, from starting it to completion wasn’t very long at all!
Good to know we have understanding and well informed staff to take us forward should we ever need to change things.

Did not inspire confidence
Unfortunately, the experience I had with one of the Silvertime team did not inspire confidence. I was promised further paperwork by email but nothing had arrived a week after our meeting. I was given a verbal quote that was more than 10 times more expensive than that of the solicitors I used previously. I subsequently received a follow-up phone call that convinced me this experience was not typical of the firm.
