Firstly, what a magnificent cruise in the Norwegian Fjords.
From searching for the best 1st time cruise to suit us, to booking the trip, the car parking and the advice for eating and entertainment onboard, your advisor Jayne Kerrigan was simply spot on. Her endeavours to ensure our 50th anniversary cruise went smoothly was above and beyond. Already, we have asked her to look for another cruise for next year. Thank you Jayne and Silver Travel.

This is the fifth trip I have gone to Silver Travel to organise and Dianne has, as always, done a great job for us. Thailand 2026: An Unforgettable Island & Culture Adventure
Our 2026 holiday to Thailand—spanning Krabi, Khao Lak, and Phuket—was an absolute must-do experience. From deeply moving animal encounters to world-class entertainment and rich cultural sights, the trip was nearly flawless. The only blemish on the entire journey was a poorly organised transit experience at the airport in india.
Feeding and washing elephants in their natural environment was a profound highlight. Being up close with these gentle giants in a respectful, ethical setting is a memory that will stay with us forever.
Siam Niramit Phuket
This was far more than just a night out; it was a masterpiece. The evening paired a fantastic dining experience with a truly great, world-class show. The performance masterfully blended historical storytelling with breathtaking acrobatic displays.
Phuket Old Town & Night Markets
Phuket Old Town charmed us with its vibrant, historic streets and unique character. Exploring the bustling night markets was a sensory delight, packed with energy, local crafts, and lively street scenes.
Sights & Culture
The Big Buddha: A majestic, serene statue offering panoramic island views.
Bee Sanctuary: An educational and fascinating look into local honey production.
The Food: Simply incredible. We enjoyed great food everywhere we went, from street stalls to sit-down restaurants.
Navigating between Krabi, Khao Lak, and Phuket was completely stress-free. Every single private transfer featured:

Powerful, great air conditioning
Free, ice-cold water provided for all four of our trips including a great guide from Krabi to Khao Lak .
While Thailand itself was paradise, our transit through the airport in India was highly frustrating. The airport was poorly organised, resulting in long delays, confusing lines, and a chaotic experience that stood in stark contrast to the rest of our seamless holiday.
We really enjoyed this trip, the warmth of the people, the stunning landscapes, and the flawless local execution make a Krabi, Khao Lak, and Phuket multi-city tour highly recommended for 2026.

We cannot recommend Jane highly enough as an independent travel advisor. She organised our entire South African holiday from start to finish, including all international and domestic flights, accommodation, transfers, and every detail in between.

Our trip included an unforgettable stay at Bukela Game Lodge on the Amakhala game reserve which was an absolutely wonderful experience .Awesome accommodation ,incredible game drives , amazing food and friendly attentive staff . We then travelled to the Southern Sun Waterfront Hotel in Cape Town, which again was perfectly suited to what we wanted from our holiday, friendly attentive staff and consistently nice food and good service .

What really stood out was how completely stress-free the whole experience was. Every transfer arrived on time, all flights and bookings ran smoothly, and we didn’t encounter a single problem throughout the trip. It allowed us to fully relax and enjoy every moment knowing everything had been carefully planned and taken care of.

Jane’s organisation, communication, and attention to detail were outstanding, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to book a holiday, especially a more complex trip with multiple destinations and transfers. I gave Sophie a highly specific, extremely last-minute brief on an accessible holiday for a mixed age group. I gave the same brief to multiple agents, but it was only Sophie who was able to meet all the criteria, and she was exceptional. Within a day or so she produced multiple great options, and was able to confirm the exact specifications of the accessible rooms. Ultimately, we had the most wonderful time at a stunning location that matched our diverse needs perfectly. The whole process was really straight forward, and I would wholeheartedly recommend using Silver Travel again. In the future, I will definitely be getting in touch.

Jayne at Silver Travel provided an excellent service and we had the trip of a lifetime.
Initially, she was able to book our New Zealand tour and flights for a lower cost compared to what we had been quoted by a high street agent.
However, after the war in the Gulf began, it was her efforts to find us alternative flights at short notice which really stood out.
As a result, we were able to visit our son in Perth and enjoy the beautiful country of New Zealand as planned, at minimal extra cost.

From start to finish everything was taken care of. Booking was easy, the flight, hotels and transfers were efficient and ran exactly as planned. We just arrived at the airport, dropped our bags and went through. Hotel was good, breakfasts excellent.

So well organised, all went to plan, 8 flights, 6 cities, 11 hotels, numerous excursions ... welcome notes at each location and birthday celebrations thrown in. We had the best 5 weeks in NSW, Tasmania, Victoria and Queensland ... such a lovely, friendly and safe place, we will be back to see more of Australia and we will definitely book through Julie at Silver Travel
