I recently joined Simon’s R2R 2.0 course without knowing what to expect. Ninety days later, I can confidently recommend this platform to anyone aspiring to become a property entrepreneur. The training offers excellent value for money. Simon and his team exceeded all my expectations. Additionally, the community is incredibly supportive, and I connected with some very helpful people. After wrapping up an incredible two-day retreat in Derby, all we can say is WOW!

Getting up at 05:30am and then back at midnight only to be up again the following day at the same time was well worth it!!

Been following Simon's YouTube channel for a while after buying other property courses and still feeling quite uneducated. Well after all the free information given i thought i would get a bit deeper and follow the facebook group / join a zoom meeting and every step just gave more and more value, which led me to purchase the very reasonably priced course 90 Day Rent 2 SA. I've got to say that he delivered on everything promised and more. The support and community in particular is TOP NOTCH and for beginners in particular you will find every answer you want answer if you engage and just ask. The recent conference in London was again just as advertised and i met alot of great people and saw REAL success stories from down to earth people. I can't thank the team and community enough. This isn't an AI review or a fake fan review, i am a real person who is just really happy with the product and business they have set up. By the way, his amazon book has alot of value, newcomers should grab that and watch the numerous youtube videos and you will see. Thanks to Simon and the whole team, its a great community and i highly appreciate the VALUE. I only wish i found out about this company before i invested alot into a previous one. To be fair though, i guess i had to find that one before i went looking for simon smith - happy days regardless!
