Straight from the start the welcome from the staff was very warm and that theme followed throughout the whole weekend. The schedule was well thought out and the speakers were all very well educated on the subject matter

Everything about this event was excellent.
The organisation was great
The venue was probably one of the best I have been to, with plenty of space and light to break out into, location being really easy to get to, and refreshments and service was top notch
But the value being provided in this event was something else! Break out masterminds to include people at all stages of their rent to rent journey, together with focus on key models that Simon introduces all gave me inspiration, aha moments, and things to go back and tweak in my own business.
I'd highly recommend getting along to their next one!

Before coming across Simon’s course I had considered a number of other courses to gain more knowledge about property. Simon offers short, informative, to the point clips on YouTube which are really helpful but his course goes beyond this to help create successful business. Simon smith R2R educational simple was easy to watch, digest and act on. He did justice to the video by going straight to the point. There was also a supportive community that response to whatever question you have within hours. I had no experience in property investing whatsoever, but I was very keen to get started, so I joined a different training program (£15k!) and after several months going through their content I still didn’t feel ready to make a start. I felt like everyone in that network was so much more knowledgeable than me, and that it would take me years to get to where they were. So I was extremely insecure and I just wanted someone to take me by the hand and tell me what to do.
I came across SSO and he seemed to do exactly that, guide me step by step all through the process. I was hesitant to invest again, but I really needed a head start with closer guidance.
The online content that SSO has is so detailed that it just makes you understand very well the process. If you do have any doubt, there are many chances to ask your questions to the network or directly to the mentors in the calls. Also the calls have a manageable amount of people, so I felt more comfortable asking and people were actually in the same boat, so the interactions were so helpful!

I managed to get a deal within 1 month of joining. That deal changed my life because it pays all my bills. Now I have set mío my second deal and I’m ready to scale up. Joining SSO was the best decision! Everyone I’ve met in this community is also very satisfied with the program. The content provided has everything you could possibly need to successfully start and scale your R2R business, all you need to do if follow the step by step and do the work. It works!!!
