Have been getting the craziest value from Simon Smith. Where do I start? Had an initiation call with Simon end of January and joined the Rent2SA90 day course on the 1st February. Within 7 weeks we got our first deal and Simon literally took time to help us get it over the line. He has given us incredible support throughout the last 2 months and we’re looking forward to working with him for a long time! We have the second deal which we’re working towards and Simon is already coaching us on how to get it over the line!
Also went to Darby discovery day which was toooo solid! I’ve never been to a property seminar where the main guy actually shows us his properties!!!! This is real stuff man!

Great experience meeting Simon and his team. To get to see real working R2SA properties made it very real and it seems much more achievable now. It was great to have questions answered and to learn from a whole host of knowledge and experience as well as network with other people at differing points in their R2SA journey. It's a great way to understand what rent to rent 2.0 is all about. Thanks to everyone that made it so great!

Just on the R2R Discovery day today. Simon is smashing it here in Derby and giving out golden nuggets all day long. Got a real insight and visited the properties SA’s and HMO today, seen them from inside, lots of tips on locations, decor, setup, advertising, it’s been a real help to support my journey in R2R. Simon and his staff available all day long to answer multiple unlimited questions all day! Met some really interesting people here and made new contacts, getting to know each other and bounce off ideas with one another as well. Thank you for all the value you provide!!!
