Had a fantastic day at the Discovery Day this Saturday. We learnt so much and were so inspired by Simon and other speakers of all they have achieved.

Derby discovery day! Wow! Great day surrounded by tons of knowledge and great people - HIGHLY recommend!

What a training day. So so so good, I have never got as much value from one day on a course. Got way more than expected from this property course. Simon isn’t just a great trainer, he shows and explains his results. And on this training day we got to view, touch and feel the actual properties. I know 100% there is no one else offering this type of day, incredible!

Simon is always there to help with questions and is really dedicated to his mentees. I am so glad I have joined his mastermind which resulted in me getting my first deal within 4 weeks.

We recently did the 3 month mentorship programme with Simon. Despite our slow start due to our busy work schedule over the summer, he guided us through our first deal and went above and beyond throughout the process and provided us with the knowledge and confidence we needed to push on. He stepped in exactly when we needed him to get it over the line when we came to closing the deal in areas we would no doubt have stumbled on without his guidance. His professionalism, knowledge, patience and personal approach are of the highest standard and we will definitely be working with Simon again in the future.
