Elijah was truly the profit that made my world come true. I clearly am not a computer person, but Elijah, was patient and understood exactly what I wanted as well as what I did (which is amazing) and was able to fix and guide me through the process to get my world up and going. Thank you.

quick and easy server hosting i had a problem while setting up my server on my end but a staff member named nikola was a lot of help and got it fixed in under 5 minutes of my ticket being submitted

I did an oopsie but support was 10/10
always a 5 star for these guys, would give a 10 if i could! i was being stupid silly and asked for help and Nikola was still very kind and patient with me despite the problem was just me being dumb and not realizing the IP was changed (im so sorry Nikola), thank you so much for the help as always!!

Server Help
Server would not let bedrock players join and Nikola helped me really quick with updating the plugins and helped me get the server back up and running very quick. Appreciate the help.

Just an absolute amazing experience
Just an absolute amazing experience. Elijah helped me for two days for nearly his whole shift from start to finish to help me through everything. I asked the same questions and had so many problems, but he helped me every single step of the way. They are lucky to have him, and he is an exceptional worker. Extremely knowledgeable and kind. 10/10 would 100% recommend! Need to pay that man more, especially if he has to deal with people like me all the time! HAHA
