Simple project responded in a timely manner for my situation. They gave the information I needed to solve my problem. Only concern I had was the length of time it took to get my parts order. The problem was solved and that's the most important thing.

I had broken my lid to the tank and once I got them the model number and my order number it only took two weeks to receive a new one. Customer service kept in contact with me until I received the new tank lid. Once I received the tank lid, customer service contacted me to make sure everything was all right. I was very impressed with their customer service and yes, I would buy another toilet from them.

Purchased the simple project 600w macerating toilet . From the initial purchase to delivery to completing the installation to excellent customer support I can highly recommend this product. The installation instructions provided could be better but customer service will provide you with an installation video and promptly answer any questions that you have

Easy install and great quality so far the only thing I did not receive was a small piece of hose that goes on the water fill inside the tank. Other than that everything was great

Ordering was easy, website was easy to navigate in order to find what we wanted. We got the product faster than expected. We bought the extra tall 21" toilet and it's awesome. So much so, we bought 2 more for the other 2 bathrooms. Those well be here in a couple of days.

I've been trying to purchase a product to have installed before my upcoming shoulder replacement. After having to send an article back once, I consulted a plumber. The measurement he gave me fell in between. I asked a few places what I needed to buy. This place went above and beyond and found me some choices and emailed them to me. Just when you think all is lost, someone stepped up and was a great help. Sooo. Appreciated!!!
