We were recommended to Simplicity Group and they were excellent. We are an insurance broker. From day one Jamie made things easy. He set up a quick Teams call, listened to what we needed, explained our options in plain English, and guided us to the right VoIP setup.
Jamie also set up WhatsApp Business so it works with the VoIP system they provided and with our CRM. Other providers could not do this and kept passing me between departments. With Jamie I had one point of contact, clear steps, and we were live very quickly. Pricing is competitive and the service has been first class. We will be using them again, including JAHN Media for audio branding. Highly recommended.

We have Padraig Hartley out to our practice to resolve a couple of issues and solved them very quickly. He followed his visit up with a phone call to check all ok. He was very professional and helpful.

Just completed my 1st training session with James, he was very informative and explained the system to me very well, I felt reassured that I could reach out if I ever had a question or any issue, James was very approachable and put me at ease that he was always there to help

The English language doesn't have enough great words for me to describe Simplicity. The professionalism, the commitment, the knowledge and the kindness of Simplicity, are out of this world.
We have dealt with at least 5- 6 people in Simplicity, and everyone is just amazing.
We can't recommend Simplicity enough with everything that they provide.

I received training today from James, He was very helpful he explained everything very well. I also received a recording of the training. I've a lot more confidence using Web fleet in my role with this training.

Hi I can’t rate Marc high enough if there were 10 stars I would give him 10 he went over and above to help me today he was patient professional and extremely kind nothing was to much trouble I don’t do technical I’m of a certain age 😉 Marc got me there he was an absolute star in this day and age were no one has time he gave me his today so thank you Marc for all your trouble from Liz at Motortec 👍

James' training session was extremely engaging and informative. His confidence surrounding the workings of the entire programme enhanced my ability to understand the work at hand. The portal is very easy to use as well as accurate. Very satisfied!

We were having an absolute nightmare with our phone system. Called through and got Tyler, he couldn’t have been more than helpful. He was so patient while I was flapping about like a nightmare. He worked so hard to get us up and running again and was just an absolute gem. Legend Tyler!
Sam initially reached out to myself at the same time that I was struggling with our current phone systems. We had a chat he sent demos over and it really hit the ground running from there. My team have been very impressed on the systems and the customisation features it offers. We were given 2 weeks of free demo to understand and see if this product would fit our needs. Safe to say the new system alongside operational excellence from Sam and Catherine have left me feeling like a valued customer and we are only at the start of our journey. If in doubt please reach out to Simplicity you will not be disappointed!
We use Simplicity Group for all our telephone and broadband systems. Very simply put they provide exert knowledge & advice to get the right solution and all backed up with great customer service.
We highly recommend them.
The team at Simplicity Group are excellent! They offer Webfleet and telecoms solutions in EIRE and N.I. The support team is always helpful and prompt. Would recommend to anyone running a fleet of vehicles or looking to renew their telecoms.

Having worked with a few different companies for our phone solutions for a busy veterinary company I can easily say Simplicity have been the best from start to finish.
Onboarding was ridiculously easy. Having been burnt a couple of times with customer experience not living up to promises by other companies I asked to meet the Simplicity support team in person rather than simply believing the sales pitch.
HQ is a well run professional outfit. Everyone was very reassuring and experienced in their roles.
The install was seamless. We transitioned from a traditional ISDN set up to VOIP and even our outdated wiring wasn’t an issue for the engineers.
Go live went perfectly with no disruption.
The Horizon system works perfectly for setting up the system in the background for out of hours emergency call rotas etc. A good training session was delivered with reassurance they were there to help if needed.
Any time I’ve had to contact the support team responses are quick with issues resolved efficiently.
Next step will be to migrate internet to Simplicity as well.
All in all Simplicity deliver exactly what they promise and deliver on time and have been excellent to deal with
