Simply Homes have managed my property for 2 years now and I am extremely impressed with their service. When I contact them they are able to immediately answer my questions and if there are any problems they always sort them out quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend them and they fully deserve 5 stars
They moved us in illegally the flat is falling apart we have informed them about this for 7 months now and still done nothing about it. We are scared to use the showers as they are cracking and flooding the bath rooms. The bricks outside our doors have come lose so they will fall. They still haven’t given us are tenantcy to say we live here. Shelly has not been very helpful at all just saying she will popover and sort things out she hasn’t she won’t respond to any emails or text messages. If you are looking to rent a place avoid simply homes like the plague they are not helpful at all and for £995 I expect the place to be amazing
