Excellent Cusomer Service and Delivery
Placed the order for our stove late Friday evening 25th Sep 2026.
Stove arrived Tuseday 29th Sep 2026 (less than 2 working days) with excellent communications and customer service from Simply Stoves UK.
Delivery terms say kerbside delivery only but the delivery company very kindly transported the heavy stove over a small field and directly into our lounge.
Stove in position and working within an hour.
Really happy with our purchase
Also impressed with the quality of the stove.

Simply Stoves and Flamerite Fire
We used Simply Stoves to buy a new Flamerite Fire and what a pleasure it was to find a company who really cares about their customers. Their price was very competitive, their communication throughout was excellent and their after sales was unparalleled.
When the fire arrived (directly from the manufacturer) we found that it was missing a couple of parts. We contacted both the manufacturer and Simply Stoves who acted immediately to resolve the matter. Lo and behold we received a telephone call to say that the manufacturer would be delivering a new fire and taking away the old one the very same day. Sure enough a few hours later someone from Flamerite arrived and unpacked the new fire to ensure that everything was OK - which it was. Simply Stoves kept us informed at every turn as to what was happening. I can only say that their customer service was faultless from start to finish. We would certainly recommend Simply Stoves to family and friends and would use them again if ever the need arises. We can honestly say that when buying online(as we did) we have never experienced such a high degree of customer service. We are VERY satisfied customers. Thank you Simply Stoves. You are truly a shining star of the retail world.

Great customer service from start to finish. Responded to emails quickly. Ordered the Celsi DLX1600 at a great price and a previous expired promotional discount was honoured. This was followed up with accurate delivery dates and a follow up service. Would definitely purchase from here again.

Elgin & Hall Cabrina 52" Pryzm 5D Electric Fire Suite
Straight forward ordering the Elgin & Hall Cabrina 52" Pryzm 5D Electric Fire Suite. Communication was good and delivered in a timey manner. We were able to advise a delivery day based around our holidays.
We installed this ourselves - it is a two person job due to the weight. There was a very slight scratch but this is not noticeable unless you're looking for it. We didn't raise this as an issue so cannot comment on the response.
Fire looks great.

I am thrilled with my new Charlton and Jenrick i1100e slimline fire from Simply Stoves. The website offered a great deal on the price with upgraded logs, which helps achieve a more realistic effect. The customer service from Simply Stoves was excellent. Although I ordered online, the delivery details were a bit vague so I phoned the company to see if they could offer any more information. The customer service was great and the fire was delivered quickly and safely. I would not hesitate to recommend Simply Stoves!

Delighted
I am delighted with my Gazco eReflex 150RW Electric Fire.
I received a personal phone call soon after I placed my order, explaining all I needed to know about the delivery and emails were answered promptly.
The fire has now become the focal point of my lounge. It is set into a media wall and the mood lighting just finishes it off perfectly.
My builder is so impressed that he is going to purchase one for himself, along with my son!!
I can’t wait for my new flooring and furniture so that I can enjoy it fully.
