Respuesta de Sinclairs Collectables
We sincerely regret that the parcel box was received in substandard condition; the parcel left our distribution center in perfect condition. Kindly share your details with us, and we will raise this issue with the courier who was responsible for delivering the parcel on our behalf. Such occurrences are rare, and we consistently aim to provide the best customer experience. We are genuinely sorry you are so dissatisfied with the service you received.
