Fantastic first experience
Sinclairs were able to supply us with a piece which we thought was irreplaceable. We were thrilled that the item in question was pristine, and sold at a great price. Delivery was first class and very quick. We we also pleased to see that they used the eco-friendly soluble packing 'kibble', an added detail which proves the worth of this excellent company

I received a scratched cake knife, marked table mat and mug with missing paintwork on, not impressed.
Are they selling seconds??

We’d like to assure you that none of the products we sell are seconds, and if any items arrive damaged or faulty, we report the issue directly to the manufacturer. Please get in touch with us so we can look into this further and arrange replacements for you. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we would really appreciate the chance to put this right.
Avoid this place!
Avoid this website at all costs. They deserve zero stars. They sell items that are out of stock on their website, and they’re dismissive and unapologetic about it. Don’t waste your time with them.
