Ripped off by new rum and dodgy labelling

I have been buying Beenleigh rum via Sippify for many years. However, after opening and tasting my latest purchase, I knew something wasn't right. To my horror, it appears that the have significantly changed the rum but only very subtly changed the labelling. I feel so angry, deceived and ripped off!!! Not sure I'll be a customer for much longer.

Fine service

My go to for buying all things…

My go to for buying all things ‘Bickfords’. Can no longer buy the cloudy lemonade in the supermarket- thankfully sippify have helped out. Super fast shipping and a pleasure to deal with

I apparently qualified for free…

I apparently qualified for free shipping so I processed my order of 1 dozen rose only to find I ended up paying 28 dollars freight. I feel scammed. I e mailed Beresford and Sippify and was able to have the freight re ersed and picked up my bottles from the Cellar Door. But it took weeks not days to get sorted. No real apologies just all my fault.
