Scammers - Update
13 Nov: Finally got my refund through PayPal. Glad I got my money back.
Ordered a LED light on 11th September and it's now October 20th and I still haven't received it. Think I've been scammed. PayPal dispute opened.
UPDATE: Finally arrived and it was a tatty USB reading light. Paypal dispute opened. This is the email the scammers sent me when I requested a refund :
Dear Customer,
Thank you so much for your great support on us.
So sorry for the inconvenience that the item did not satisfy you. But the shipping cost of the package is very expensive. If return, it may cost you nearly 10~20 dollars. It is also a cumbersome and exhausting process.
How about we offer you a 40% refund as our compensation? Then you can keep the item and avoid the loss. If you insist on returning it back to us, we will go to the further step.
Your understanding will be highly appreciated.

Scam alert!! For a few weeks, I was so excited waiting for my adjustable colorful vertical lamps (I ordered 3 since there was a promotion). Yesterday I received an USD light!!??? Made me laugh and cry at the same time!
