Bought a pair of skechers shoes in February (expensive) but they were comfortable but already the outer skin of the shoe is peeling away and looks shoddy. Would not buy again

Absolutely dreadful customer service. I placed my order almost 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t received my trainers. I’ve emailed twice and have not been given any response as to where my order is.
Awful customer service. I will not be using this company again.

I was shopping at Lakeside Doncaster when my mum said to go try Skechers “Slip-ins” - getting to be a bit of a codger and it’d save me bending down to pull shoes on . Being a life long sceptic I was pleasantly surprised.
The shop staff were extremely helpful and the store was well laid out.

In a world where next day delivery in very much a thing it baffles me why it takes so long to get your order from this company...that is until you realise that when you order shoes in the UK they dispatch them from Belgium and use UPS. UPS will then send you numerous notifications saying it will be delivered on this date and time and you must be home to sign for the package...even though it hasn't cleared customs yet. These companies wonder why Amazon is so successful!

Ordered shoes on 22nd October but haven’t heard anything about them. There’s no Customer Service no telephone number either. Very bad service. 😡

CEO IS USLESS AND A WASTE OF SPACE. I had exceptional service from the Colchester store and wrote to the CEO to say thanks and ask that the store get some praise. Not even a response from him, he clearly cares less about his staff than the customers do. What a dreadful Boss

They have no phone number, only e mail option and they dont respond. I haven't received my order in over a month. I eventually spoke to someone and they said it couldn't be delivered and it was at some garage. Went to this garage and no order and again im getting no response. BEWARE this company is a scam

If I could give Skechers online ordering 0/5 I would. Delivery never even attempted by UPS. They’ve dumped our parcel at some cash and carry about a mile away, didn’t even let us know found out by looking it up myself. Didn’t deliver last week when they should have done either. If you are unable to deliver to a customer you would think that the least you could do is let the customer know where you have left them. I am not a mind reader! So won’t order from Skechers ever again it ain’t worth the hassle. Rubbish service all round don’t waste your time.

Bought the new waterproof trainers. After 4 months they have stretched so much my heels are lifting out of the back.

Shrewsbury Sketchers store staff are wonderful, helpful and very knowledgeable

Ordered 2 items and arranged time off to receive delivery due to signature. Item never arrived and another date given. Again made time to receive them but only 1 item arrived. Had to make more arrangements to receive the second item. Complained to customer care and all the response i got was " you seem to have now received the delivery". Should be ashamed

My sister and I went again to sketchers liverpool for trainers.Michael was extremely patient ,very friendly and informative. We spent well over 1 hour trying many pairs of trainers but nothing was too much trouble for Michael. Thank you Michael

Ordered an paid for shoes on 6 October - now 23rd and no sign of any shoes. Checked tracking - the shoes have gone from UPS warehouse - only the empty box left. I have emailed Skechers twice - no response - no customer services number.
Will never buy from their website again.

Went to Sketchers Nottingham. Was served by Emily Hope. Who as usual was most helpful kind and friendly nothing was to much trouble.

Question: When does Waterproof mean not Waterproof?
Answer: When you pay £110 for Skechers 'Waterproof' walking boots which leak the first time you walk on long wet grass.
Question: What do Skechers mean when they say "We guarantee 100% satisfaction on any item..."
Answer: They will have a security guard escort you from the premises if you quietly mention to other customers that 'waterproof' actually means 'not at all waterproof' and they decline to refund when walking boots are returned.

Poor quality trainers stitching failing on both toe areas, despite light usage. First and last pair for me.

I bought some snickers paid them around 40 pounds and the textile/rubber main section of the shoe completely broke after a few months of use. Paying such a price it's very disappointing. Avoid this company to get shoes

One is lucky it seems, to have a selection of Skechers retailers within a reasonable distance of our home. No online ordering required.

Having recently ‘retired’ the last of my lace up Sketchers trainers and Sketchers more conversational shoes, I have invested in three new pairs of Slip-ins. A pair for the house, one for the street and also a pair for off-piste dog walking. In my opinion the comfort, convenience, durability and value for money are second to none. Slip-ins are simply the tops!

My traditional lace up shoes will never ware out now as I will not trouble them again for everyday wear.

I'm absolutely amazed by the negative reviews for the company. I found ordering easy, they arrived in good time, and the smoothest and easiest return service I have ever encountered. 100 per cent do recommend. The slip on shoes particularly good for ex husband who has had a stroke.

Ordered om 3rd October 2025 and still waiting. I am happy with the footwear I have bought up to today, but their delivery service is total rubbish.
Why do they come from Belgium?
Using Jamie Redknapp to advertise misleads everyone into thinking that the product is British.
Like everyone else complaining, their response is deafening. Obviously they do not care about their customers, but this is also damaging Jamie Redknapp's reputation.
