I am very new to starting MJ and came across this pharmacy on TikTok. Zuhra is one of the most loveliest pharmacists I’ve come across to date. Zuhra and Skin & Shape have really helped me over this last week when I’ve struggled with not only weightloss/jab related queries but also tried to help with other issues I’ve had related to my health problems. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Zuhra. This pharmacist are incredible at communicating so if you ever have any issues or queries your email is responded too VERY quickly. I am so happy I came across this pharmacy. I really felt at ease knowing this pharmacy cared about my pre existing medical conditions and really ensured I was safe to take this medication. From putting my consultation form in to delivery was incredibly fast despite having quite complex health issues. The TikTok lives have also being incredibly helpful & informative especially as someone that’s just starting using GLP1 medication (MJ). I will seriously be recommending this pharmacy for all my friends and family.

Brilliant care
Zuhra at Skin and Shape has been brilliant. I’ve been so impressed with her service that I’ve recommended her and her pharmacy to my family and friends, and several of them have now signed up as well.
She is incredibly knowledgeable and regularly shares helpful information on TikTok through her live sessions, which are always informative and easy to understand. It’s great to see someone so willing to educate and support their clients.

I can honestly say Skin & Shape has been one of the best services I’ve ever used. From the very beginning the experience has been smooth, professional and incredibly supportive.
Zuhra, the prescribing pharmacist, is amazing. She’s extremely knowledgeable but also so down to earth and approachable, which makes asking questions feel easy and comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and making sure they feel confident and informed on their journey.
What really sets Skin & Shape apart is the level of support Zuhra provides. She spends hours on TikTok lives answering questions, sharing advice and guiding people through the process. It creates such a supportive community and shows how dedicated she is to helping people succeed.
The communication is also outstanding. Any time I’ve reached out with a question I’ve received a reply within around half an hour, which is rare these days. There’s no waiting around or feeling unsure about what to do next. Everything is handled quickly and professionally.

I’d been looking around for a reliable pharmacy rep for Mounjaro, and that’s how I came across Skin & Shape Live. What stood out straight away was how detailed and honest the answers were on the live — it didn’t feel like someone just trying to sell a product.
I booked a consultation with Zuhra, who I’d seen on the live, and she was genuinely lovely. She took her time, asked about my health, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable. It was obvious she truly wants to help people rather than just make a sale.
Even though two other consultants were offering me discounts at the time, I chose to go with Skin & Shape because the experience with Zuhra felt so much more genuine and supportive. They’re also really easy to reach if you have any questions or issues, which gives you a lot of confidence when starting something new.
I’m really glad I chose them and would definitely recommend their service.

I came across this pharmacy on TikTok and after being declined weightloss medication from previous pharmacies I thought it was my last shot, all hope lifted when I was accepted, I had a face to face call with an absolute amazing soul, such a kind hearted girl that answered any questions I had and gave me clarity and answers I needed to know that this would be 100% safe for me. Great Company and Customer Service
I was introduced to Skin and Shape by a colleague who said they were one of the best companies she’d been with for munjarno (and she’d been with a few!) so though I’d give them a try. I completed the consultation form and within about half an hour I’d had an email response from Zuhra requesting a video consultation the same day. When we met she was extremely thorough and gave me lots of confidence. I received the injections 2 days later.
I haven’t had any side effects since taking the injection so haven’t had cause to speak to Zuhra again but I know if I needed to I wouldn’t have to wait long and would get caring and compassion from her.
If anybody is looking to lose weight using the injection I would 100% recommend Skin and Shape over any of the other companies.
