Great communication, very good products and fast delivery

Misvisende info omkring produktet. 100€ for 1 mesonål uden serum er alt for dyrt!

I used on my face didn't suit me my face had itchy and much dryness due to used this product.

MISOLD POSTAGE
Paid extra for Tracked24 delivery and they sent it 1st class signed for.
Needed this quickly and it’s now missed the date.
Rather annoyed as 1st class signed for wasn’t what I paid for.
Have emailed to try and get a refund on the postage, but haven’t yet had a reply.

Fast delivery and well packaged. Same cleanser I get from my aesthetician half the price

Fast reliable delivery
I have ordered twice now and experienceed nothing but stellar delivery and communication!

They did ship it fast although I had to pay an extra $50 to be delivered and I didn’t know about that. I was disappointed.

Wasn’t effective for my skin type

I had some issues with communication, I had ordered something previously and they didn’t have the product so gave me a refund Immediately. Then I reordered everything with a change to one product, same brand but Nucleofill 25 instead of Nucleofill age. With 24hr delivery. I didn’t realise these were the same products just that they changed the name of it. However, skin laboratory offered all of these products with their new name and their old name in the “choose option” section. The problem was that they had my money for 2days it was meant to be 24 hr delivery I ordered on the Wednesday and they read the messages but didn’t reply till FRIDAY saying they were confused.
Then shouldn’t they have said straight away that is out of stock also, and not ignore my messages. No response for multiple days and no delivery made me a bit nervous as it was £131 and I needed the order for the next day and couldn’t order elsewhere until I had my money back. which they had done immediately with the original order. So I left feedback on trust pilot. I have since deleted and changed my feedback because they have refunded me. This is detailed and honest feedback. Maybe before ordering contact to see if they have got the product in stock. And skinlaboratory update your website more frequently.
It is a shame because I would like to use them. But the no communication thing when it’s on a fast delivery payment made me nervous.

Very fast delivery, received all the products I ordered in good condition.
Placed my order within 48 hours delivery but received it in 24.
Definitely will be ordering again.

I’ve had a very positive experience with this company. The director goes above and beyond, and the customer service is incredible. Best I’ve ever had actually.

The product isn’t worked.

They don't pay attention to what you tell them, they do what they think they should, they don't answer anything, neither in person nor through PayPal, and what's worse, they don't refund even if you return the order.
