I’ve just completed my Level 2 Facial course in Durham and couldn't be happier with the experience. Emma was absolutely amazing throughout- so knowledgeable and supportive and created such a relaxed, friendly environment.

I am happy to say that Skin Philosophy Training was the right choice for me, as I was completely new to the industry, anxious and not knowledgeable.
I finished my Level 2&3 and I’m working my way up with them to Level 5.
They are amazing, the online course is a great source with a humongous amount of information.

I’ve been doing my VCTC training with Skin philosophy and they’re amazing
I’ve trained at both Durham and Warrington and all the tutors are amazing especially Emma (shanks)
After a really bad experience with another company that wasn’t properly regulated and offered me a course for £6000 which didn’t really meet any kind of standards that this industry needs, the SP staff have been aware of this and really understanding and accommodating for me since I’ve worried so much about spending more money on the right courses. They’ve guided me through exactly what I need and really put my mind at rest. I’ve recommended so many other skin techs since who I know have also trained with them.
I’ve also had support from Anna Louise herself and really appreciate her advice
I’ve completed level 2, 3, level 3 electrics and I’m now doing my level 4 diploma with them x

I cannot recommend this company enough. Emma, based in Durham, is a credit to the team. I feel drenched in knowledge and endlessly supported on such a challenging but enjoyable qualification. See you for level 5.

I recently completed my Level 2 training with SkinPhilosophy, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived on day one, I was so nervous but Rebecca, my trainer, completely put me at ease. She was incredibly patient, thorough, and genuinely invested in making sure I understood every step. By the end of day two, I went from feeling unsure to feeling fully confident in my skills.

The training environment was relaxed but highly professional, and the regular models who came in were all so lovely and supportive. It made such a difference to practise on people who were friendly, comfortable, and clearly trusted the academy.

The coursework and assessments, were structured really well, clear, manageable, and designed to actually help you learn rather than overwhelm you. Everything was explained in detail, and Rebecca made sure we understood the theory just as much as the practical. The assessments felt fair and supportive, and they genuinely helped build my confidence and competency.

The facilities were clean, modern, and well-organised, and the course content was delivered in a way that was easy to follow, even when learning more advanced techniques. I also appreciated the small group size as it meant we got plenty of hands-on guidance and personalised feedback.

I’m already booked in for Level 3 because the Level 2 experience was genuinely that good. I left feeling empowered, knowledgeable, and excited to keep progressing in my aesthetics journey.

I finished my A&P Level 3 and Laser Tattoo Removal Level 5 courses with Skin Philosophy, I was really happy with the quality of the education. The support on both courses was fantastic, the hands on practical training and solid theoretical resources on skin and laser science ensured that I felt confident throughout the journey.

The training was comprehensive and well organized. I built my confidence in addition to my technical skill, I left feeling qualified but more importantly I now feel ready to apply my skills in practice.
