I’ve been using this brand for a while
I’ve been using this brand for a while, so I expected a smooth experience — but this time it’s been the complete opposite.
I ordered the Fair & Flawless Facial Concentrated Lightening Cream, but instead received a Facial Spot Eraser — a completely different and lower-value product. Delivery took over a week, and now I’m stuck chasing a resolution.
It’s now day two with zero response. I’ve contacted their chat and sent six emails — nothing. No acknowledgement, no accountability, no customer service.
This is unacceptable. Taking payment, sending the wrong item, and then ignoring the customer is not just poor service — it’s unprofessional.
I’ve now escalated the matter, but it shouldn’t have come to this. A simple response and correction would have resolved everything quickly.
Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
