Skippers Online Opiniones

I am very satisfied with the maturity of the whole flow. Timely communication and responses, very well structured training package

The course was perfect! Everything is really well explained.
I learnt a lot
Thanks

Course material is well explained and easy to follow. Any technical questions are answered same day.

I started the Yachtmaster theory nearly 30 years ago at the local college but couldn’t finish it, recently wanted to, for me, work towards it again. Due to family and work commitments I couldn’t commit to a night a week at my yacht club so reached out for distance learning. Skippers Online came to my rescue, a year to complete it, dip and dip out when I can, lots of support when you needed it.

Really enjoyed the course, great resources and passed it after 9 months.

Highly recommended!

Great course

Great course and really good, prompt responses from instructors when needed.

It is a well structured course about a very interesting topic. I am grateful to whom has invested the time to create this online course. I enjoyed learning at my pace instead of sitting in a class room. If something wasn't clear, the instructors would quickly respond by email. Thank you

I found the online course tough but very detailed and useful. Same was true for the practical boating with Deep Blue in Mallorca. Our instructor Hugh was great and helpful.

Great courses, well, very detailed explainations. Easy to apply on a boat.
Instructors really try to see if you understand the theory, not just pass/fail the exam.

well designed educational course and easy to follow and go back to refresh knowledge.
good support and speedy marking of a=exam with helpful feedback

Well structured, good content, fantastic support for questions and assessments.
Consideration needed to support transition to digital first approach.

I wanted to share some feedback while it's all fresh. The teaching was wonderful from start to finish. Your English was so clear, and the pace of your speaking was just right — easy to follow every step of the way. The comparisons and the little jokes made everything even more delicious to learn; they brought the material to life and made it stick.
The images and samples were equally clear. They made it so easy to catch the idea each time, even for trickier concepts.
And the honest feedback on my exam results — thank you so much for that. Even though the course was remote and everything came in written form, somehow I could almost hear your voice saying all these things. That warmth came through every time.
Thanks a lot, truly. I now have a good, big pack of knowledge to start skippering, and I can't wait until I'm able to put it all into practice on the water.

With gratitude,

I completed my Day Skipper Theory with Skippers Online - it was great to do this online as I have young kids, a busy job and fitting in a classroom based course would have been too tricky. There is a lot of content, but none of it unnecessary. I didn’t need to use the support of the instructors, but it was good to know that support was there.

I would recommend for anyone that’s in a similar circumstance.

Great experience. Lots of ressources are made available, good use of computer and softwares. All exams were corrected quickly and corrections are made to clarify all aspects of the problem. Did not have to use a direct link to a live instructor, but I experienced a fast follow up on my administrative needs. Highly recommended

Excellent course structure, very good technology platform and outstanding personal support

Really enjoy the way the material is taught. I am a visual learner and the diagrams and visuals really help. You may think you know a lot until you take these courses then realize just how little you really know.

Clear and well put-together courses - sometimes seemed a bit ponderous but that is the nature of the subject matter and different levels of knowledge. Effective tests on each module and efficient assessments. I’d say it is fairly vital to complete the course before starting the practical.

The material was easy to follow and well paced with good pictures and graphics. The help line worked well and additional resources were also readily available. People I contacted via email were universally helpful and made me feel I was on course

Everything is well put together and easy to follow. The lessons are detailed and in depth with a lot of experiences to get you comfortable with the modules work. Really enjoyed it.

Detailed content and very responsive to queries
