Terrible fit and terrible customer service
Terrible fit. I'm 5'11, 165ish lbs, and 34G. I was excited about a dress I wouldn't have to wear a bra with. I ordered a Large, and the shelf bra did not even go around my chest. It hung loose with the rest of the dress. I exchanged for a medium, and saw tall was available and ordered that. The medium tall is so long I trip over it. The shelf bra does offer light support in this size, but it is of course very tight in belly and hips. I'm really disappointed. Now customer service is insisting that since I did an exchange, I'm no longer eligible for a refund. Excuse me? The large is too large in the chest, the medium is too tight in the belly and hips. And I am not a small chested girl. I have been told the problem is my body, not the garment, so I can exchange again (for what?!) or eat the $100 I've already spent between dresses and shipping.
