Horrible service. Purchased a cowboy bear in February for a March birthday. Arrived late and without the cowboy outfit. Took another 3 weeks for the outfit to show up— sent for the wrong size bear. WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN. AND COWBOY OUTFIT IS CHEAP IN APPEARANCE.

The plushie is so huggable. It makes me so happy.

I ordered the Grodaskog back in January and finally received it in March. The product itself is amazing and I love my Skog. My biggest issue was how long it took to receive it. The actual customer service I received to get updates on my product's shipping info was amazing. They are very responsive and helpful. Overall a worthwhile experience

I am so satisfied with my order, the shipping was super fast and the item is excellent. They are a little less stuffed than they seem in the images but I’m not too upset about it as it makes him the perfect snuggle buddy.

I bought the largest size Grodaskog and it shipped super fast. I was actually kind worried cuz it was quite a small package when it arrived I was afraid it was the wrong size but it was shrinkwrapped and it was still super fluffy when opened and my frog is very soft.

I love the item, it just took a while to ship. It might have been on the site already, but I didn't see that it would take 2-4 weeks to be delivered. If that information is already there, that's great and my apologies for the complaint. If it isn't there, then I would've appreciated knowing a timing estimate beforehand

They were so quick in helping fix my order when I made a mistake. I love that the bear comes in such small packaging, it adds a nice surprise.

Nothing was wrong with the product when it arrived. It took almost 2-3 times longer to ship than I was told it would take. I got my bear after 22 days, the shipping said 6 -9 business days. Customer service was very helpful and got my order delivered to me.

Love my skoggy bear!! The small is the perfect size for hugging. He feels like he could use a little more stuffing, but overall not a big deal.

Very soft and fits well! Made a great Valentine’s gift for my fiancé. Only negatives is it can get staticky pretty easily, and it took a bit longer than estimated to arrive. Overall I highly recommend this onesie, especially as a gift for a fellow skog-lover!

Shipping took about 2 weeks but the outfit is durable. A little confusing with how many straps there are but so cute once it's on.

I love this thing more than I can convey in mere words. The delivery was a little delayed because the first time it never shipped but once I sent an email asking what was going on, they processed the re-shipment immediately.

Tracking was not great, but he did arrive packaged well and was in perfect condition. Love him, we added more stuffing as it's my person preference.

I love my skog so much! I got the jumbo size and it’s massive—I’m 5’5” and I can fit my whole body on him! My only complaint is that it took about a month to come in, but still a good investment!
