Ordered scooter for the boys Xmas present on the 23rd of November giving plenty of time for delivery. Got no confirmation email so I gave them till last week a still no delivery. Luckily I ordered through PayPal an they got in touch with them i finally got a tracking no. To track the parcel an apparently was delivered on the 7th of December with no proof of delivery an no signature. I then went to yodel to see what had happened a they said the tracking no. Wasn’t one of there’s. 🤷 has the driver took it or was I scammed who knows but one thing I do know is there’s gonna be one gutted boy on Christmas morning

Broken scooter

I bought a scooter for my daughter after having it 1 week it was faulty then the charger stoped working I sent it back it was sent back to me repaired after another week my daughter had a bad accident due to accelerator sticking on and she couldn't get stopped I have sent the scooter back and have not herd a thing back from this company the reason I sent the scooter back was I was offered a 2nd hand scooter which would look good the company's words! absolute con men I have noway of contacting anyone as they blocked me on every number I had for them disgusting!! May I add I don't want the scooter for her to use again I will give the scooter to my older brother who would make good use of it you got my money and now you also have the scooter back so I'm left with nothing and I also asked for a refund from day 1 and on many occasions after that but I was told no I did not break the handle bars u didn't put screws in it wen it was sent to me this is probably the reason u didn't want me to but direct from ebay its not very responsible to block paying customers from the WhatsApp group and call customers liers I also asked did u want the hospital reports and you declined!

1.We love to help our genuine customers but like every one else we dont like to be abused by the others. People can check our other reviews and see everyone was very happy with our services.
2.You bought an AOVO scooter on 13 Jul 2021 after 34 days of delivery you informed us that the charger does not work so we arranged the manufacturer to send you a new charger for free.(Please consider due to the Terms & Conditions which is placed in our website and you agreed on the checkout and also warranty instructions from manufacturer, any new problems may occurred to the vehicle after ending the return period must be referred to the manufacturer from customer, In your case it was AOVO support team. Even the mentioned period was ended we did this from our end as a favor)

3.After 93 days you claimed that you want to return the item for full refund as you broken the handlebar, we helped you with the problem and referred you to the manufacturer support team from our end again. Your item collected from your place, repaired for free and then returned to you again. It cost £23*2=£46 for shipping + £29 spare part + £12 labor, Total £87 but you did not pay a Penny. You received this service for free while you were liable to pay for it as human-made issues is not included in the warranty.
4.After 8 months, you made a new claim and informed the manufacturer support team that your daughter had an accident in the street and you want a new scooter for your daughter!
Upon their requesting you told them the scooter is not in your hand and you just want a new one.
4.a)You should consider that due to the Disclaimer and also due to the Government Rules:

*** IT IS ILLEGAL TO RIDE AN ELECTRIC SCOOTER IN THE PUBLIC ROADS.***

4.b)Its weird that as a responsible parent why you need a new scooter for your daughter if your daughter was nearly killed??? are you going to repeat this illegal act and finally do what it was not done?
4.c) Everyone who used any electric scooter knows that even if the accelerator is pushed at the end but you touch any of the brakes, then the scooters stops. as these scooters coming with two dedicated braking system which verified by European Certificate organization- CE. One of the breaks is electric brake system which brakes the motor electrically and another is a mechanical disk brake. Any of the 2 brake leverages pushed by the user the vehicle stops even if the accelerator is pushed at the end or stuck.
5. The manufacturer support team (AOVO Support team) did not accept your claim as you could not provide proper proof for your claim and it was an Illegal action, so they declined your claim. So instead of dealing with them and reviewing their product, you come here and put negative review for the retailer company!

The customer service was second to none, the postage and packaging was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this website/store to future customers in the market for high quality scooters and affordable scooters. 10/10
