Staff are really helpful and welcoming, they went above and beyond with my repair and was so nice to me when I collected my car. They did a brilliant job I was very happy with results. Would me more than happy to recommend to anyone. Great company, service and people.

They had turned around my repair in 5 days
What can I say the repair was lst class
The customer service is 1st rate both verbal and phone
I will recommend this company to both family and friends and anybody who asks about a reliable garage

My experience from start to finish was excellent I could not fault the customer service at all. The staff were all very friendly and helped with my claim efficiently.

A good service , however it took 8 weeks from accident to booking and completing the repair. The communication was good, although a booked repair was cancelled the week before it was due.

Repair to my car was excellent. Ahead of the repair communication was great, on site people were friendly and very supportive and professional. My car is like new again.

Very informative throughout the duration of the repair which went very well , kept me informed at every step. Didn’t take as long as I expected to get my car back. Really great job no complaints at all.

I've had a 5* experience with Turner's (in Sheffield) who were undertaking the repairs to my car (which I'd only had for 2 months), after an incident mid-July (which was not my fault). The incident happened on a Wednesday evening and by Friday morning, I had been advised that my car was to be picked up that day to be taken away for repairs. My first interaction with the gentleman who picked up my car was great. He was very thorough and pleasant (I can't remember his name)! Throughout the process, I dealt with Mark who was the maintenance/repair engineer and he was incredibly helpful in keeping in touch with me regarding the repair process and ensuring that he went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the repairs they were going to undertake. I've also had the pleasure of dealing with Kirsty and Bryony who have both been lovely and provided excellent customer service during the repair period (and even after, when I came to pick up my car and had subsequently left my water bottle in the hire car which they retrieved for me). Overall, I am really happy with the experience I received from all members of the Turners team and my car looks as good as new again. Happy customer all round :)

My repair was conducted through my broker the AA. The service was excellent.
The only frustration was the length of time between taking my car in and authorisation for the work to commence, but that was not the fault of Turners, but reduced the whole experience from a 5* to a 4*.
Turners, themselves were excellent in their organisation and personal service to me.
The three members of staff who were particularly helpful in booking in, advising regarding a hire car and then assisted in making the collection run smoothly were Kirsty, Bryony and Sarah, thank you for your updates and pleasant demeanour.

I would not recommend Turner’s Accident Repair in Sheffield based on my experience.

My vehicle was with them for almost three weeks. Instead of inspecting it properly at the beginning, they kept my car for weeks before telling me they wouldn’t be carrying out the repair because of alleged previous repair damage. This could and should have been identified much earlier, rather than wasting my time and leaving me without my vehicle.

Customer service was extremely poor. I repeatedly phoned for updates, only to be met with vague answers. On several occasions, the receptionist ended the call instead of dealing with my concerns or transferring me to someone who could help. It was almost impossible to speak to a manager or anyone who could explain what was happening.

Their website says, “We’ll do everything we can to get your vehicle repaired and back on the road.” Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I was left waiting for weeks with little communication, no clear answers, and no repair.

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. I won’t be using them again.

From collecting my car to return of the car has been an excellent experience. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They have an app so you can follow your car through the whole process, on top of that they send you a text at key points along the way. The standard of the finished work is exceptional and my car was returned with a showroom valet. I had to contact reception as I’d left my vehicle docs in the hire car, getting new number plates, and even that was taken in hand to ensure the safe return. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and I will use them again if ever the need arises.

After minor repair to my vehicle front bumper / grill the parking assist does not work. Worked perfectly fine beforehand. Also after driving home the next day went to get in the car and water coolant engine warning showing. Hopefully they have not damaged it during repairs. When phoned to complain they said person I needed to speak with was in a meeting and would call me back. Still waiting to here back. I asked about where their quality control was and why did the not 'hand over' the car to me rather than just give me the keys. Couldn't answer.

Quality workmanship and guarantee given..Contact with members of staff both office and workshop ( particularly Ben ) was excellent, they were all very helpful. Recommend this company without hesitation .

My repair was quite small, compared with some of the wrecks in their compound. However, from first contact to completed job, I was treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. The office staff, the assessment, the repair and the final valeting were exemplary. The job was done quickly because they knew I needed the car for my holiday. I hope I never need to call on Turners again, but if I do I will not hesitate.

The service I received from Turners was excellent. From the day my car arrived at Turners Accident Repair Centre, one of their team discussed the process and timescale for the repair, I received regular updates by text and telephone of how the repair was progressing. When I collected my vehicle from their premises I was met by happy, friendly, helpful staff (no miserable faces) who handed the keys over and led me to the area where my vehicle was parked. An excellent customer journey, taking the stress out of a really difficult situation.
