I buy lots of ZF brand car parts here. The prices are always miles better than anyone else's and they usually deliver the next day. The website can be a bit slow to load but that is nothing in the scheme of things. I'd like to express my thanks for excellent service.

From the first phone call to taking delivery I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I dealt with a lovely, helpful lady called Sam. Quality parts at fantastic prices with exceptional delivery.

Summary: Go for it, slow customer service but excellent delivery times!

Good reviews here made me decide to go ahead with my order, even though I could not get hold of the customer service by phone or email. I left a message on their voicemail.

As a precaution I paid with paypal, which is free of charge.

I received two emails in the middle of the night, one being a notification that the order had been shipped and it provided a delivery date, the other was a reply to my queries from customer service.

The next day I received a phonecall from the same number I'd phoned (0871....) in reply to my voicemail. I believe it was the company's owner (Kevin) and he explained that they are very busy with phonecalls. He also mentioned that because of the way their email service works all outgoing emails get sent during the night, even if it is a reply rather than an automated message.

My order was delivered by TNT. You won't receive a tracking number from SKS, but I phoned TNT (0800 number) and they gave me the consignment number.

All in all I am glad I gave this company a chance, being sceptical at first and getting slightly worried after not being able to get in touch easily. However, the job gets done in the end, as they delivered the car parts in two business days and that's all you need if you know which parts you require.

Absolutely brilliant I am so happy with the service received. My Blueprint cmc I bought only a year ago failed and has dumped all fluid so have no clutch, I placed the order on Sunday afternoon and was on my doorstep Tuesday morning. I am so chuffed as have a car show in a weeks time that I have already bought the ticket for and was worried I wasn't going to have my car ready in time but with the extremely fast delivery I now have plenty of time to get it sorted.
Amazing price, extremely fast delivery and great communication thank you so much. I just hope it holds out longer than the poor quality Blueprint one I bought only a year ago along with a new csc and competition stage 2 clutch and lightweight flywheel.

Ordered a catalytic converter at 16.30 on monday it arrived on tuesday morning excellent service will buy from again

Ordered a pair of shock absorbers a couple of weeks ago, the pre sales service was first class, great coms and fast delivery direct from the manucturer. I didn't receive a formal VAT receipt but when I queried this I was assured one was should have been automatically and a duplicate would be sent. After some chasing I am now promised one for next week.

I normally don't look around for vehicle parts as I get such good discount at Euro Car Parts. For some reason I did this time and I'm glad I did. I saved £27 on 2 Sachs front shocks for a Merc Vito and although I would have had them within an hour if I'd ordered from Euro, as I was in no mad rush for these bits, I ordered online at SKS and I am amazed at how quickly they arrived.

I ordered at half 3 on Friday, double checked via email that I was ordering the right shocks and received an email from Kevin before 5 confirming vehicle details.

Got into the office Monday morning around 11 to find confirmation emails and to my surprise...the shocks!!!

You can't ask more than that from an online purchase and I will certainly keep SKS in mind for parts in future.

I ordered four new dampers for my Honda Civic. Not only were they by far the cheapest I could find anywhere but they were delivered the following morning - I couldn't ask for more really!!

Experienced problems ordering on line but instantly rectified by the company contacting me by telephone . Order completed quickly and delivered next day. This company is fully recommended and kind staff congratulated.excellent result.

Excellent customer service! - very friendly/professional stuff I think someone called Kev took my call - And they call you back if you can't get through. Very competitive price and next day delivery! . I won't go anywhere else this is the place where you buy shock obsorbers from! Already recommended someone...and the other thing is, if for any reason the wrong part is sent they will take care of returns etc..

Can't fault the service I received. SKS were having difficultly sourcing the particular part I required having been let down by their supplier but kept me informed at all times and even offered a higher price replacement at my original cost to avoid any delays.

Brilliant service and parts (Sachs Shocks), highly recommened

I was very surprised to find the 4x Spax shocks far cheaper (approx £60) than Euro Car Parts even with there 50% off. Then there was the follow up phone call to identify a problem i had not noticed with my order. They went out of there way to help - I was very surprised!
The parts arrived very quick, well packaged.
Definitely will do business with them again...

This was my first order with this company and I wasn't disappointed, good prices, easy to use site and good communication from them about my order status, my order arrived when they said it would, add that to fast delivery you get 5 stars.

First time to use SKScarparts, great service....better than the others I've used who show items in stock on their website, but it isn't in stock and they can't supply it either!!!!!
My parts were tracked and arrived on time in a 1 hour window. I will be using SKS again.

I had tried several companies before this one. They all left me unimpressed.
Kevin Butterfield couldn't have been more accommodating. I was having trouble identifying the model of my car on the website, so rang him to sort it out. He did so in a very pleasant manner and then overnight-ed two shock absorbers. It was a very urgent order and, I half expected something to go wrong!
Not only did they arrive the next day, they were the right model too.
Absolutely delighted not only with Kevin's efficiency, but the price beat all the others anyway.
What can I say..........faith restored.
