Subscription renewal shows mine expired. Thought I renewed on website and received a thanks for your order. Guess it hasn’t registered although it has been several weeks. Will try again.

Two supertags not working on receipt. On checking batteries, one started working. The other had a broken battery terminal. Also one fitting washer missing.... Customer Support helpful but still waiting for the returns label a week later.

Not great for a product costing 500 GBP....

Sky caddie allows you to renew a membership for a product their software no longer supports. Then they refuse to refund the fee paid for the membership that is useless.
Of course, they instead offer a discount on an upgrade

I could not charge my sky caddie because the plug in at an outlet would not work. The new plug works but I think it should have been covered by company. How many plugs go bad?? I certainly did not abuse it.

Renewal of annual subscription was straightforward

My watch keeps saying that I need to renew, but I already did.... after pushing a couple of OK buttons, it is working. So that's good.

I have renewed my Sky Caddie membership but the Sky Caddie device will not update that I have done so!!

I have chated several times and still cant get my watch to sinc to wifi its not the person helping its me and the watch, I have tried several times but still having a heck of a time trying to get it working, it says its trying to sinc to wifi but nothing happens

I’ve been relying on SkyCaddie since 2010 for accuracy, tracking scores and performance metrics. Consistently accurate and easy to use!

I was pleased with the time taken to help me renew and update my membership.
Unable to do over the phone, I was advised to send back.
It was checked out, renewed and returned to me working perfectly.

I received an email in mid October that my membership was expiring in December. So I renewed but found out that my new membership started now, October. So I lost two months. The web site wasn't clear as to how I should renew. Next time, I will just wait until my subscription expires before considering renewing in order to avoid any overlap confusion.

I called to get help to re-establish the expiration date of my subscription in the watch and the agent I spoke with was extremely helpful and extremely patient. A wonderful experience, thank you!
