There were no dumb questions...I felt like they understood my needs
I needed help with my Skycaddie program. I am not a computer expert and I drove to Madison for help with the program in my Skycaddie. I had not played in months due to transplant surgery. When I started back playing recently, my Caddie was messed up. The people in the store were extremely helpful in getting me on track and I appreciated their attitude and assistance. The whole process took about 30 minutes. Very satisfied.

I like your chat sessions as your people are quick to respond. I find your WEB site to be very difficult. I tried numerous times to renew my subscription and kept being taken back to enter code for my watch. No explanation given.

I needed assistance with syncing the device to get it activated. The customer agent was very helpful and informative. This is my second sky caddie and can't play golf without it.
Persistence in resolution of issue
I am impressed with the persistence of the sales associate to remedy the issue I was having. He stayed with me until we were successfully able to renew my membership.
Keep having issues with it not loading…
Keep having issues with it not loading on golf course. Asks to sync but cant do this unless on wifi.
Old hand held was better.

I couldnt tell from my profile page if I was signed up for auto renewal or not. That was frustrating. Why can't I add other players on my sx550? Mostly happy with the gps. I have some issues with it which are too much typing to explain.

Die Verlängerung, Ankauf lief erfolgreich, allerdings zeigt unser Skytrak im Vertragskonto keine Verlängerung an. Nach Kontakt mit UK Service sollte nach Ablauf das neue Jahresabo aufgeschaltet sein. Bis jetzt zählt es nur die Tage bis zum entgültigen Ende. ( 5Tage noch)
