Irfan our driver was incredibly friendly, nothing was too much trouble, extremely polite, when we wanted a private chat he allowed us to talk without fearing he was listening in but when we all engaged in coversation he was happy to engage with us

Irfan kept in contact with us while he was on his way letting us know his rough e.t.a and then as he was slightly early he allowed us to let him know when we were ready to be collected and even took and loaded our bags and cases

I booked the First Class Mercedes for my Nephew's Prom however a BMW turned up instead and I wasn't advised of this beforehand. I was very disappointed as we wanted the Merc and when I asked the chauffeur, he explained it was something to do with the airport and the hold ups there. I understand however a head's up would have been nice. My Nephew and his girlfriend said it was a really lovely experience. It wouldn't necessarily put me off booking again but I'd definitely expect and want assurances that I'd receive the car I had booked in the future.

The car from Skyway was on time and the driver efficient and courteous throughout.
I would certainly use Skyway again for VIP airport meet and greet requirements.

Have recently used this firm for a trip to Southampton from Manchester to pick up a cruise. Mohammed turned up on time and transported me to my destination with excellent driving .Was helpful courteous throughout the journey. Got me there on time and collected me for my return journey. All that I dealt with were efficient . Very happy with service
