The Slate Workshop Opiniones

Ben - I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your craftsmanship in producing the sign for our home – we are delighted with the finished product and Dad is thrilled with his belated Father's Day gift. You are a very skilled and thoughtful craftsman and we will be purchasing from you in the future.
Once we have the sign in place, I will take a photograph and send to you.
Thank you once again.

We arranged for a slate house sign in Welsh for a brother's new house in Australia. It was lovely, beautifully crafted and almost tactile, and surpassed our expectations. Everyone who has seen it has admired it, and it will add a wonderful flavour of home down under.

I was absolutely thrilled to receive my house sign carefully packaged and delivered to me safely.
The sign looks fantastic and I can’t wait for it to be on show looking so well outside my house.
The service from Ben was very efficient and helpful. I highly recommend investing in one of his beautiful slate house signs.
Thank you Ben for such a great job so well done.

I purchased a Welsh slate house name from Ben at the Slate Workshop.
The whole process was efficient and professional, and a speedy service.
The actual piece is beautiful . The quality and finish perfect. I am more than happy .
Thanks Ben

Thank you Ben for such a beautiful slate memorial for our mum and dad. From the moment we made contact with you about the tablet you were so responsive and helpful. You sent us mock ups of how the tablet would look and options to chose from. When we were advised by the church we had to put mums name in full nothing was too much trouble, you amended the mock up and sent it again! We are so happy with the final memorial … thank you!

Ben provided a beautiful, quality plaque for our Queens Jubilee Canopy tree planting thank you!

The service I received from Ben was absolutely fantastic. He managed to produce a beautifully carved memorial stone and shipped it to me the next day! I cannot recommend highly enough. Dr Dilly Murphy

Absolutely thrilled with my slate sign made by Ben! From start to finish I received a professional service. Ben was prompt in replying to my enquiries and was extremely helpful in design suggestions and improvements. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. Delighted with the end product and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The Parish Council ordered two slate plaques for The Queen's Canopy project. They arrived, very well wrapped, the day after payment was received. They are really lovely and very stylish. Excellent service and craftsmanship. Thank you

Beautiful workmanship and Ben really helpful - so happy with the plaques he made for us - they are stunning.

We had great service from Ben at the Slate Workshop - the sign we had made for our gate was exactly as ordered and of great quality and arrived promptly. Highly recommend.

Delighted with the quality of craftsmanship, efficiency, and the personal touch.

We are so, so pleased with our nameplate. It’s a lovely thick slab of slate with deeply engraved lettering, delivered within a week of ordering. We wanted our house name on an oval plate, in English and Welsh, with a motif in the centre, which we knew would be more expensive than a single name on a rectangle, but we were able to choose a size that was within our budget, without compromising on the quality or clarity of the sign. It’s absolutely beautiful.

We approached Ben to produce a memorial slate for our mother. He responded quickly and and has produced an excellent memorial for her. We are very happy with his work and wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future.

I called and spoke with Ben after seeing his website. We were looking for a slate house sign but wanted something modern. Ben was extremely helpful offering advice and quickly sent through a proof. He offered a few ideas and we went with his design. It then arrived a few days later and we are delighted. It looks fantastic and really high quality. I'd happily recommend the Slate Workshop. Great service, and amazing product.

Ben was always extremely quick to reply, and was very helpful as we worked through our various choices before placing our order.
He made absolutely the right recommendation about how to secure the sign to our wall (using hidden fixings), and when it arrived, we were really happy - the slate looks beautiful with great quality carving. It's a lovely piece of slate, and it's a good thickness too. I'd happily recommend the Slate Workshop. Great value and a brilliant product!

I was undecided either to go with a cheaper ebay slate sign or with The Slate Workshop for a premium.
I approached Ben for a quote, decided on font and colour, and talking to him filled me with the confidence that I'd get something special. Package was delivered within a week, and I was bowled over. The quality is fantastic and far beyond what I saw on eBay. Absolutely beautiful work. Trust me, if you're undecided, The Slate Workshop won't disappoint. Thanks Ben!

I cannot rate the service more highly. I ordered via email a memorial slate for my husbands grave and Ben was very patient with me until I and my family were happy with the size, font and overall appearance of the item. It was delivered the very next day . Amazing

We visited Ben by appointment and spoke to him at some length about exactly what we wanted in the way of a mantel clock (our Golden Wedding anniversary present to each other). He was really helpful, making suggestions, making the clock to our exact measurements and the finished clock is absolutely beautiful and we are delighted with it. It arrived by courier, beautifully packed. We would not hesitate to order anything in slate from him and would recommend him without hesitation

Dewisais Slateworkshop oherwydd, wrth ofyn am ddyfynbris gan dri chwmni, daeth Ben yn ôl ataf yn gyntaf; ef oedd y pris mwyaf rhesymol ac roedd yn barod i wneud yn union beth o'n i'n ofyn amdano.
Cafodd y job ei neud yn gyflym ac yn berffaith ac yn edrych yr union ffordd roeddwn i'n eisau fe 'n edrych. Roedd yn hawdd ac yn gyflym i gysylltu â Ben pob tro. Diolch o galon i Slateworkshop.

I chose Slateworkshop because, when asking for a quote from three companies, Ben came back to me first; he was the most reasonable price and was willing to do exactly what I was asking for.
The job was done quickly and perfectly and looked exactly the way I wanted it to look. Ben was always quick and easy to contact. Many thanks to Slateworkshop.
