Kept fully posted from start to finish, came when they said they would, agreed dates and times in advance for installation, I was really happy with the service and love the new front door, now arranging for french doors to be added - Thanks for the great service.......

I cannot recommend Needhams highly enough. We had all our windows replaced with 3 French doors and a front door. This is an old fashioned firm (I mean that as a huge compliment ) you are not bonbarded with email updates. Instead what you get is a professional service from start to finish. The project was managed with skill and care. They take a genuine pride in their work. Thus company reminded me of what excellent service looks like. Thank you.

AVOID this company at all costs if you want decent customer service, clear and consistent communication, a professional job and works done in a timely manner! Absolutely the worst experience of a company ever! A 2 to 3 day job took 3 months. An abusive workman that had to be removed from site that just turned up when he felt like it (although no surprise as they mainly use self employed contractors). Materials left laying around outside in the garden that they then insisted on using. I could list much more but it would turn into an essay! Please take my advice and use a different company!

Recently had new windows & atrium roof fitted to our conservatory. We have used Needhams before for doors & soffits & facials & received excellent service.
Paul, Needhams salesperson was very informative & took us through the benefits of the work we were considering. The roof on the conservatory has given us another room which is so much warmer than before, we now spend most of the day looking out over the garden. The fitter Rob was a craftsman & very polite & considerate ensuring things were clean & tidy at the end of the day. We would recommend Needhams without hesitation, from the first visit by Paul to the fitters everything was a satisfying experience.

A big thank you to Martyn. He is a credit to the company. His attitude is so good and his work is excellent. This was my 2nd job by Needhams and would recommend them 100%. Thank you.

Very easy to deal with. We had flush windows as we wanted them to look like wooden windows (old cottage). They look fabulous - no more painting. Steve R the fitter was very clean and tidy.

Great value for money and a pleasure to do business with. We have had new windows followed by a conservatory and are waiting for a recently ordered porch. The aftersales service has been excellent (only a couple of minor glitches quickly rectified).
Gary and Rob our conservatory installers both deserve a mention they were superb tradesmen.

I bought my house in 2021, and the conservatory was originally built by Needhams in 2019. I initially thought it came with a 10-year warranty, but the policy states that the guarantee is non-transferable. Despite that, Needhams has still offered to come and provide a solution for the issue I found in the conservatory. A company that stands by its work like this is sure to succeed!

Perfect from initial meeting with their representative to today where windows were fitted by an excellent fitter who was efficient, polite , punctual and very positive

I have used several double glazing firms and of them all Needhams is by for the best for sales, fitting and after sales service. Today I had French doors fitted by Martyn. Friendly and efficient service, arrived on time and left everything clean and tidy.

After having Needhams previously fit a conservatory and porch a few years ago I had them out again for a new back door and kitchen window. Very easy to book an appointment and get exactly what I was after. Fitting was arranged easily and was completed by martyn who did a great job. Very happy and would recommend

From sales person, grounds worker, and the porch installation team, excellent works all round, would recommend highly.

Ordered a full house of flush sash windows. When the fitter, Steve P arrived, you could see how well made the windows were. Steve P worked exceptionally hard in very hot conditions (the hottest week of the year) and did an absolute superb job. The team in the office were efficient and effective in their communication and organisation. The sales and survey were very easy to organise. Delighted we chose this company as our cream flush sash windows look stunning, they really compliment our home. Would definitely recommend, and would use again!

Had my windows fitted last August September had nothing but trouble they must have been back at least 8 times been again this morning and still got to come back. Had to have all new glass in the bi fold doors all the trims don’t fit right. Beading in bi folds all loose front door needs new trims the seal on the bi fold is hanging down. I know they come back but having to stay in on my days off and having to clean the windows every time they have been. Not even a voucher to say sorry for all the disruption I have had. Only consolation is the men who come are very polite.

The aftercare service and response times to issues post build has been first class.

We are completely satisfied with our conservatory replacement with a tiled roof .
All staff were polite and very hard working , they answered all our questions prior to work starting and quickly sorted out just 2 small problems after construction. Would definately recommend Needhams after our experience.

We have just had 9 windows installed over 2 days by Martyn. We are so pleased with his work ethic and the quality of his workmanship. He was very professional and nothing was too much trouble. He didn't stop working all the time he was here. We would definitely recommend him to anyone else who needs windows installing

I recently had a new door installed, but unfortunately, it arrived with issues - the frame was damaged, there was paint on the letter box, and the beading around the middle window was discoloured. While these problems were addressed on the day of installation, I was disappointed by the severe lack of quality control, especially given the price of the product. The only saving grace was Martin, who handled the installation professionally and provided a good service.
