Worst company ever took ages for them to even respond to the email I sent, they eventually agreed to refund me which can take 20 to 30 days for a refund, I'm with out a bed completely as my old one was collected ,due to them giving me a time frame
I am still paying for the bed as I used clearpay who I've now had to raise an issue with but they have not even bothered to respond to them ,I'm actually fuming to be honest
I've ordered beds and mattresses online before with no issues at all
This company does not answer when called cuts you off does not respond to emails they give you a 3 to 5 day delivery time frame but it goes beyond that I can't tell you the quality of the bed because I've yet to receive anything and down £500

As others have said, No bed, no refund and when I called to complain about it they took more money from my account! I'm now waiting for my bank to investigate!!!

Bed did not arrive on delivery date after an hour trying to call them was told would be 6 weeks cancelled the order told refund 10-20 days no refund received called again forever to get through was told end of the week. No refund called them today now told they are unable to issue refunds and call my bank for a charge back. The girl on the phone was so rude and over spoke me constantly terribly customer service. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY TOTAL SCAM

Took our money, then stopped communicating after giving us a 6 week delivery date. Their website seems to be down. Had to wait until after the fictitious delivery date had been and gone then raise a dispute with our bank to get the money back. AVOID!!!

I ordered a bed in January. Had two delivery dates and it never turned up. When I chased and contacted them it was excuse after excuse- road works, distribution and so on until I had no choice to cancel my order and request a refund. After waiting 2 weeks for refund I contacted them and they emailed to say they couldn't process a refund as the system is down and go to my bank. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!

It was the wrong bed and is still sitting in my spare room now. Despite over a 100 emails being sent back & forth they have failed on 3 separate occasions to come & pick it up. The workman ship is very shoddy with staples hanging out everywhere. The mattress is no way orthopedic they have just stuck a label on it stating this. My nightmare continues

i ordered a divan bad back in January after clicking the trust pilot link on their website and only seeing positive reviews. (I now realise it wasn’t a genuine link and you can actually see the warning from trust pilot on this page)
I knew I’d been scammed when 2 months came and went and no bed arrived.
None of my emails were answered, no one ever answered the phone and the delivery company they claimed to use didn’t exist.
Luckily I’d ordered through Klarna and after speaking to them I’ve finally been told I’ll get a refund.
I saw in a review further down that someone has posted the address of the business, trust me if I didn’t live so far away I’d have been down to kick their door in and demand my refund.

Long and short story is I ordered bed back in Feb. Had one too many issues with delivery so cancelled order. Demanded a refund and they said 10-20 days for refund .. to date they are now over 3 days late with refund! I’ve emailed them and no response. Forget calling because they won’t pick up!
With all the terrible reviews it is very apparent it’s a big time SCAM !!!

Couldn’t select zero stars. Ordered a bed in November,
three failed delivery attempts (mattress not on van- twice). Cancelled my order & have been chasing my refund for weeks & weeks - can’t get through on the phone so have to email. They’ve now come back and said the fault lies with their card provider “World Pay”
( I wonder if World Pay are aware they are being blamed!)
They have instructed me to contact World Pay myself.
I have told them to send me a cheque for the full value.

Ordered 10 weeks ago, not delivered and now they have an issue with their bank so I need to do a chargeback.

Ignoring all comms - avoid

I ordered a mattress paying slightly more as the delivery was 5 to 10 days. It took almost 11 weeks to arrive after numerous different excuses.
I agreed to a 20% refund due to the delay.
This was meant to be processed in 10 days. Now after 6 weeks, I'm still waiting for the refund.
Nobody is replying to my emails.

I’ve been pleading with this company since September 2024 … they damaged my flooring on delivering a faulty bed they eventually collected it over a month later I did get refund for the bed but nothing for the damages caused to my property

Daily I’m sending various emails and making endless phone calls to be blatantly ignored.

I’ve recently had a death in my family which they’re full aware of but still continue to make my life hell

I can’t stress you enough keep well away from this company … they’re dodgy the address on their website isn’t even their address

This company needs boycotting and my next step will be court absolute appalling customer service

I spoke to them today after all that time of trying to get through for them to tell me I won’t be getting any kind of compensation in any way as they have problems administration problems and they are not selling beds at the moment which is a lie cause their website says differently

I have now submitted a claim to court and have all my evidence on standby

Mattress arrived damaged springs protruding out of side and very dirty!!
I have now been waiting 3 months for uplift of mattress, promised 3 times for uplift no contact to say they weren't coming.Always some excuse never their fault, will not refund money until 3 weeks after uplift of mattress, but they won't uplift it!!Will now need to go through credit card company to get money. Would never advise anyone to deal with this company not customer friendly!!!!

No response after purchased since 5tho of Feb 2025.
No reply on call and email. Company page close down. Fraud.
