Sleep Beds 

SCAM WARNING ‼️ Do not order from sleepbeds. I ordered on the 12 of February was rather happy considering the price and sale.
I had an email saying they have my order it’s being processed.
Then another email saying delivery will be 27th of march because there is a problem in the warehouse. Iv tried calling them they don’t answer the phone iv sent many emails I don’t get a response. Iv disputed my order still haven’t received a refund. I get an email saying there’s a problem saying there’s administrative issue with our merchant bank, I don’t no what else to do. Is completely unacceptable behaviour. Unfortunately there’s not much you can do unless you find out where sleepless is based and do a protest. Seems like they have done this too many people. I won’t let this drop because it’s 2025 be real come on.

Ordered a bed 3rd Jan after 2 months not delivered multiple excuses such as packaging issues, roadworks etc. Asked to cancel order and 2 more month nothing. This is a scam website so best avoid

Seems this company has folded or gone into administration. Don't place an order. I ordered back in early February and still don't have the bed. Going through my bank to raise a dispute to try to get my money back.

The company is a joke. I believe they are in administration.

Terrible company. Contacted me following purchase to say bed delivery will be delayed. As I needed a bed urgently, I requested a refund and they agreed, saying I'll receive full refund within 20 working days. Two months on, no refund and they have stopped responding to my emails. Beware of this company!!!!!!!!

Ordered a divan base, they promised quick delivery only to say later that it would be more than a month. We cancelled the order at the end of January which they acknowledged and promised a refund within 15days. After many e-mails We are still waiting at the end of March.
Do not use this company!

What a joke of a company they have taken almost 3 months to deliver a mattress to which I email every week a different problem can't deliver no packaging etc now saying they can't deliver and I can't get a refund go through my bank and ask for a charge back what the hell no mattress no money back and bank are saying they can't refund so I lost money do t buy

Horrendous! No communication, promised delivery after delivery never turned up. Offered 10% due to poor service...never received. Refund never appeared. Managed to get a chargeback from my credit card thank god

After ordering our devanagari bed back in December 24, our first delivery date did not turn up before the time window given.
For our second delivery we had explained we needed an early delivery due to work commitments. Again, they missed our time slot
We a greed a new date and time, only to find out on the agreed date of delivery, ther tracker showed they had changed the date without even contacting us. This was now February 25 the o ly reason I was given when I complained, was they were busy. So I cancelled the order
I was advised the refund would take up to 20 working days. Its now 30 working g days, with again no communication from sleep beds.
When I complained, I was told they were having problems with their bank so I have asked for a cheque to be sent. Again, no reply.
This company seems to have no customer care at all. Do not buy from them.

Great company to deal with, I bought a pocket-sprung double. Delivery was estimated within 4 weeks, that was delayed slightly but they kept me informed and delivered 2 weeks later.

What a terrible company. I wished I had read the reviews before I bought from them. Waited weeks for a mattress that was supposed to come In 3-10 days! Told they had problems with the packaging. When I asked for a refund they said their card machine didnt work. I opened a dispute with klarna and the company then responded to say they didn't know when they could deliver and they couldn't provide a refund either. They told me to go back to my bank for a refund. Don't give yourselves the hassle of trying this company. They have been awful.

Cancelled an order and they haven't refunded me, even though the 20 business day window to do so is over. They don't respond to messages either. Beware.

Never received bed...or refund..they advised me to contact bank and ask for a Chargeback..had to open a dispute which could now take 60+ days to resolve.Also they never answer the phone !!! Beyond bad service

I ordered my bed, headboard and mattress on 24th January. The items never arrived. Communication was poor - I had to keep phoning and emailing for updates. Finally, after two months I was advised to claim a charge back through my bank.

Rubbish company never received product, spent 2 hours on the phone to be lied to asked for an email of cancellation never received. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a bed, mattress and headboard on 13th February. They kept giving me delivery dates which they then cancelled. Yesterday the delivery company (Zenith Delivery Network) rang me to say it wouldn't be delivered today as there was no stock. I asked for a refund and they told me that the company had gone into administration and I need to ring my bank to get the refund. Barclays were fab and have already reimbursed me with the full refund. The company's website is now not there. I went to a local company today and ordered a bed face to face!!

Complete Scam. Didn't deliver Bed, didn't answer phone, emails bounced back. Eventually got through to someone via the sales email who said I'd get a refund and that never materialised. Bank investigated and thankfully got my money back.

I purchased a bed base from Sleep Beds. After one week, the product developed a fault — it started squeaking significantly. I contacted the company and provided supporting images and videos. On 24th February, they acknowledged the issue and proposed sending a remanufactured replacement. I confirmed I was happy to proceed on 26th February.

Since then, I have not received any further communication or the replacement. I followed up via email on 3rd March and again on 7th March, but I’ve been ignored. The company is no longer responding.

I believe this may be a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as the item is not of satisfactory quality and the company has failed to fulfil its obligation to replace or refund it.

Reported it to Trading Standards.

Also their store seems to be offline.

I have been waiting since jan for my bed and still not arrived. Ask for a refund had a email sayin i cant get one. Please becarful

DO NOT ORDER. Appalling experience from the start. Placed my order took my money. After 10 days no sign of bed. Rang them they claimed problems woth logistics team, I advised I wanted to cancel order. I was told 10-20 working days to process my refund. Rang them on day 15 to see how much longer I would have to wait for refund. They said due to a merchant issue they couldn't process refund and I had to contact my bank. When I asked for a bed instead of a refund they said they were not taking/producing orders. So bo bed and a fight for a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
