Do not buy from this company they have taken the money from my account and I still have not received any goods after three months.

Initially following my order for curtains I did not receive any correspondence to confirm my order I was concerned about this as I am quite a novice ordering on line. I sent an email to sleepdown who replied immediately putting my mind at rest I received my order three days later and could track its progress from dispatch to delivery. My curtains arrived and are perfect. Thank you sleepdown for your excellent service.

Very good product.
It would have been nice to have received a confirmation of order so that I didn't have to worry that I had paid a rogue supplier and chase my order.
Having said all that, once I raised my query it was quickly satisfied and the product arrived within no time.

Fast and efficient delivery. The only negative is that I didn't receive an order confirmation so until it was delivered wasnt sure I would even get it. But I did and was pleased with the items.

Good quality duvet set which arrived very very quickly! The only star lost is because I didnt receive any order confirmation or any sort of email or details - when I queried it nobody ever got back to me. Just a wee bit disconcerting!
But the product and the promptness of its arrival was fantastic!

Ordered a duvet cover set Pom poms falling to pieces and the colour not even the same as the website. Being returned and will just purchase one from elsewhere

I ordered from here before reading the reviews, I received an email from
PayPal but no confirmation from the company. I sent them a quick email and the next day they sent an email confirmation. I ordered on the Monday and they arrived on the Thursday so I’m more than happy with that service. My daughter loves her new bedding! Would definitely order again from them.

Stay far away from this store. They don’t deliver what you order, have no proper refund policy, no contact other than email and they don’t answer your emails.

I was hesitant ordering after seeing reviews but I had nothing to worry about... I received my order within 3 working days.
