Arrived very quickly although I had expected an email confirmation of the order first. The sparkle on my duvet cover turned out to be more silver than the gold I expected from my picture but I guess that's down to technology. Decided to keep it anyway. Generally satisfied.

Yes really good arrived quickly. I didn’t receive a conformation email but when I emailed them they replied straight away and told me it had been despatched. Would definitely use again!

Delivery arrived on time even through this difficult time, quality of product was very good, very pleased with purchase.

The delivery was quick, however I ordered a pair of pyjamas in XL when they arrived the top was XL but the bottoms were only a medium. If I'd have returned them I would have had to pay the postage. Such a shame. 😒

I would like to say Im very happy. The duvet is amaizingly soft and cozy and shinny in darkness I absolutly love it.

Really bad correspondence, they only reacted when I said I was going to ask for refund. They didn’t listen to any of my emails explaining I hadn’t recieved my goods! For two weeks they had recieved my parcel back, but I just kept getting the same automated email so nobody actually read my emails. PayPal refunded me ... Thankyou paypal

Bought a glow in the dark, fleece, stars and moons duvet.
It feels amazing and looks great, but the glow just isn’t there. WISH it did because it would be perfect otherwise.
the reasons it’s 3 stars and not 4 or 5 is because, the glow in the dark is what I wanted the most.

Accepted my order, said it was dispatched. Then got email to say it has been damaged and I won’t be receiving it.

It is a lovely material, fits perfectly and washes up well. Excellent value for money.

I love this duvet cover It looked quite thin in the packet but once it was washed it looks great I was always one to iron my covers I’ve been told I’m mad but I’ve just always liked them ironed This one No ironing required .Love love love it Best I’ve ever bought .
