Great service from start to finish. Needed an electric bed for my poorly mum that was electric and this does absolutely everything i needed it too. Lovely finish fast delivery and so easy to put together. Cant recommend highly enough!

After some problems with delivery I contacted King beds and a very nice lady sorted it out quickly.
Dispatch form King beds was fast and efficient and I would certainly recommend.

Ordering was straightforward. Confirmation was clear. Had to unexpectedly cancel the order due to the person whom it was for urgently hospitalised. But Andrea was very helpful in sorting this out for me, for which I appreciate that.

Bed not the same as advert. Advert said 54cms approx from floor to top of mattress this is only 48cms approx. I asked the depth of the mattress and was told approx 9ins, where as this mattress is only 7ins. I ordered the durham heavy duty but the mattress is nothing at all like the advert. Very disappointed.

Ordered the 4’ adjustable bed on Saturday 1st Feb, in the morning and, as soon as I received confirmation, emailed asking if this could be expedited as it was to replace a broken bed for my husband. Who is disabled from stroke, step arthritis and is currently having treatment for terminal cancer.
1. Delivery stated in stock, delivery in 2-5 days.Mon showed ready for shipping.
2. Emailed Monday, asking about delivery as this was an urgent order, to replace a broken bed. No response.
3. Emailed on Tuesday again, had a phone call saying bed would be despatched Wednesday, delivery by end of week.
4. Thursday, checked website and saw bed still marked ready for shipping. Rang customer services, was told it would be expedited and sent out that day. Courier would contact 24-48 hours before delivery.
Friday, had email from courier confirming delivery would be Monday evening.

All together well outside the 2-5 day delivery ax stated on the website.
I can’t comment on the bed as it has yet to arrive.

Fast efficient service and very helpful when I needed to call too.
Bed looks great (was a bit worried it would look like a hospital bed)
We opted for the build too. So pleased we did. Made a 4 hour job for my husband turn into a quick and simple delivery and install.
