The customer service, product delivery and quality of the product were great. What prompted me to give this only 3 stars is the fact the wall mounted headboard contained absolutely no instructions whatsoever to install and there were no wall fixings- only 12 screws. I had to go onto the website of one of your competitors to use their installation method and work it out for myself.

Very helpful sorting out couriers for delivery to a remote part of UK. Very pleased with our purchase. Recommended!

I’m so impressed with this company! From start to finish I have received outstanding customer service. I first contacted via chat when I did not receive my welcome discount, I received an answer immediately which gave me an even bigger discount. My footstool arrived in a timely manner, so well packaged it could have survived a shipwreck. I loved the footstool but the legs were too small for what I intended it for (my mistake entirely, I didn’t measure properly). I contacted them via chat to double check what fixings I would need on the new legs I intended to buy and, once again, despite the fact it was after 7pm on a Saturday, they responded immediately and even sent me the link of their leg suppliers so I could buy what I needed. I will definitely use the company again.

I purchase a grey foot stool/coffee table which was delivered today. I was blow away by the quality of the item..it took over 3weeks to be made, as I choose the colour and legs I would like to have. OMG! I am extremely impressed with my purchase and service I received.
I was continuously updated when the item would be delivered and the delivery guys were so helpful.
I have already got my cousin to order a different coffee table and I will definitely be back to order some more items.

The headboard and workmanship is excellent quality that I cannot fault, a mention also for the excellent service provided by the courier company whom were polite, courteous and helpful.

We have just received our second Grandeur Chesterfield bed from Sleepstyle. The bed is top quality and absolutely beautiful. Customer service was first class from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble.
