I required a replacement sliding door runner for my 30+ year old wardrobe mirrored door. Having found Doorstuff Ltd from a Google search, last Friday afternoon I emailed them with a photo of the offending runner. First thing on Monday I received an email from Ian advising on the replacement part required.
I just wanted to check a couple of details before ordering, so contacted the office by phone which was answered immediately by Erica who was able to answer all my questions.
I placed an order on line, after 5pm on Monday and the runners arrived, via DX Express, this morning (Wednesday).
Fitting the replacement runners was reasonably straightforward (Erica had advised me that very occasionally the job required some disassembly of the door's frame - which mine did!) and took about 30 mins. I replaced both sets of runners as suggested by Doorstuff and now the door glides beautifully!
Thanks to Doorstuff (particularly Erica and Ian) for their clear communication, advice and the prompt and efficient service they provided.

Excellent product and happy with it. However delivery was not great.
No contact to advise when the delivery was being made. I had to phone to ask and it turns out I had missed the first attempt. Luckily was able to receive it on the 2nd round but that was luck someone was in. The box was ripped wide open and bashed. Again luckily the bag of bits was at the other end and the steel studs within the box protected the sliding door runner. This could have been far worse.
