Tough Leads Opiniones

Ordered a EV granny travel adapter with a very tight deadline for delivery to my daughter in London as I was taking it home to Ireland . I contacted customer service to ask if they could expedite the processing of the order. I got a prompt reply from Adrian who confirmed that the package would be dispatched the same day. Package arrived the next day thanks to Royal Mail and will now be heading back to Ireland with me. Fantastic service, many thanks!

Unfortunately, my initial delivery was taken from my doorstep, with the courier claiming I had signed for it despite me not being home. I contacted Tough Leads’ customer service team, and Adrian was brilliant. He responded promptly and arranged for a replacement to be sent out the very next day.

The way the issue was handled was excellent, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. A company that genuinely looks after its customers. I would highly recommend Tough Leads to anyone!

Excellent service and a great product

We ordered a ev charger 13A in sep 28, in October 1 I received a message from dhl which marked “delivered” but I haven’t got anything😡😡😡😡.
We contacted dhl and they said they had “some issues “

Then I begin to contact tough leed and ask for help but no one responds 🥺🥺🥺

Poor service, paid and didn’t get anything, and no one follow and replied

A very robust lead with RCD for added safety and IP66 rated socket giving me extra confidence when using my Granny Charger. High quality materials and well constructed.

I recently bought an advanced granny charger and a UK/EU adaptor. I left a review to thank Toughleads for their prompt, excellent communication, detailed, clear website information, and prompt despatch. The cables looked to be of really high quality.
I've since been to Oxford, Wales and Normandy, and used the leads several times. They worked perfectly. I could easily decrease the current to 10 amps to avoid overheating. Both cables, including their connectors, remained cool, even after over 12 hours charge time. The granny lead laughed at the torrential rain in north Wales.
The granny lead is made of thick 2.5 mm leads, and the EU Schuko plug on the adaptor lead is solid and sturdy, streets ahead of the usual EU adaptors available on many online sites.
Great service, Toughleads. Thank you.

Rapid delivery, good quality & robust cabling. The only issue was the sealing bungs did not fit once screws were in place.

Great product

Ordered the ev granny charger 13a weatherproof extension lead, thought I had messed up and ordered it too late. The lead came the next day. Used it to charge the car twice and it's had no issues. Great product

Recently purchased a portable energy monitoring meter.
Item delivered promptly and was assembled very well.
Had a query with regards to what was the best online Application to use with the meter.
Adrian from Tough Leads was very helpful in suggesting a suitable online Application that I could employ.
All round an excellent service from Tough Leads, would definitely order from them again - Thank you!

Website was well designed and made selecting the right product easy. Well made high quality product at an appropriate price. Delivered on the requested date.

On-line research about foot switches for woodworking machinery had left me a bit confused and uncertain. Checking for complete solutions led me to Tough Leads who seemed to offer exactly what I needed. A double socket unit was ordered together with the necessary leads to bypass the NVR switch. Delivery was prompt and the product very well constructed. Had my scroll saw and dust extraction coupled up and running within 30 mins or so, couldn't have been more satisfied. Cost was very reasonable and the service excellent. Thank you Adrian.

Placed an order for 13A weatherproof single socket extension lead (RCD option) and although took a bit longer to arrive (like a few days) it was worth the wait!!!
High quality item which gives me peace of mind in using outdoors and perfect for my needs. Communication was clear and I really can't thank them enough for how good a quality this item is! Thank you.
