Broke on the first tiny drop. Didn’t even last a week. Too expensive for the price.

Quality case for Iphone

Nice classic (transparent) case. Bought two of them for my two iPhone 13, because of the amazing internet page, where it says that the drop is ok within 1.2m heights. Sadly both of my iPhone 13 fell from my hand at much lower heights and got pretty serious damages. Please consider that the transparent cases from this company does not cover such drop. The support response is good, but they offered me a ridiculous ways to fix what happened.

First a new case for free (I should have paid for the shipping cost), second a refund of 50% of one case (€9.755). How can you trust a case like that? I’m only speaking about the transparent case, not of the other products.

Shipping was fast. The packaging looks premium.
I love how light it feels. Almost like there is no case at all.
The grip while holding the phone is good especially when taking out or putting it in the pocket.

What i don't really like about it is easily scratched at the back.
The back of my case already scratched after 4 days using it.

I bought a case and a screen protector for my iPhone 12 mini. Maybe it was me, but the screen protector did not attach without bubbles and one corner was directly broken even though I only had the phone in my pocket. The case quickly scratched and is not even on the front. Maybe it would be better with a screen protector. Customer service was quick but not helpful. They offered me a discount code but no replacement. Overall, I would not buy there again.

They were very accomodating to my follow-up request. I was able to follow-up my order as well as ask regarding my current case which already had cracks due to fall multiple times. Amazing case, truely the world’s thinnest case for my iPhone 14 ProMax. They even gave me a replacement when my first one cracked. For a case company, thats industry leading customer experience and after sales support.

I'm very disappointed with the product I bought for my apple watch series 8. It is not made for protection but more on designing due to its super thin design. I did not dropped my watch as i am very careful with my gadgets and the case had a crack on the top right corner and snapped. It is not valued for money. Its way expensive for its poor durability.

Purchased two cases for my iPhone 14 Pro Max, and I can tell you, without a doubt that Slimcase is the highest quality and best protection you can get. No issues putting case on. Able to charge the phone using MagSafe without any concerns. Great products, totally recommend. 👍👍👍

Wasn’t able to buy a case from them as I had my order modified to the product I wanted but they didn’t have it in stock at that time. The customer support experience was amazing by Ann and her team. They were able to provide updates for my case and had even suggested other products when the one I wanted wasn’t available.

Bought a transparent iPhone 14 pro max case, and it is made out of cloudy plastic like those used for food storage. These won't turn yellow because its already not transparent. It is milky and looks terrible on my black iPhone and makes it look like a cheap toy phone. When I posted this feedback on their website, they conveniently removed it. No wonder they have good reviews on their site, they remove negative feedbacks. This business practice is scam and deceiving!! I DO NOT recommend this brand/product.

Parcel got lost in the mail. I needed a case asap and having waited 10+ days for the first parcel, I bought a new case and screen protector in shop and asked for a refund. Victoria, my customer service representative, didn’t listen to me and sent me a perfectly useless replacement. So now I spent money for something that will sit on my desk, closed, indefinitely. Listen to your customers or you’ll go out of business.

Edit: expanding my initial review with later development: after the initial bad impression, I was contacted by Andrea, an associate that was able to listen to my needs and resolved the matter a bit quickly. It still took one week to fix one simple hiccup. Won't try the brand again but at least I won't be stopping my friends from buying from it.

One of the things i like about Slimcase is the phone case is really slim and it really fits the phone perfectly, good job with that. I did encounter some issues with the case but CSR did a great job helping me with concern.

This is a fraud company, please don't buy any kind of product. These people are cheating the customers.Their return policy is rubbish.Just doing time pass in the name of customer support.Product quality poor total waste of money

Purchased Slimcase for iPhone 12 Pro in April and after 3 months I had to find another case. The case looked great in the first week, but quickly became scratched and streched. Dust was coming in between case and phone and because the case was moving slighly, the back of my iphone got scratched in multiple places. Definitely do not recommend.

Recently bought a iPhone 14 Pro max transparent unique magsafe slimcase, received it with a crack defect. Spent $50 for a case just to receive a cracked defective case. Contacted support and still haven’t got a reply.

Update on the replacement of my case. Gotten a new case from them. As my previous case was damage due to shipping. Very fast response from slim case eventually.
